thank you! Appreciate the kind words! The KS1 is a very nice upper tier putter! Plus you can always return it if you try and decide you don't like it lol!
its a very good putter, I'd would say it definitely probably lower tier of the upper echelon putters, but if you are looking for an A tier putter, it can come through for you. The only thing that really matters is confidence and feel you have with the club
Used a Bobby Grace Fat Lady Swings ('95) milled mallet for the past 26 years. This year, trying out the '21 Tommy Armour Impact No. 3 fang-style milled mallet (and also going to try the recently-released Lazrus milled mallet putter (once it hit Amazon....for $20 cheaper than Lazrus' own site). I swear by CNC-milling on putters (haven't tried milled wedges, though just hit the Cobra LTDx driver w/milled face yesterday at St. Louis Golf Expo).
I have heard that the CNC- milling on putters give you real time response and feedback as to where you hit it. Have you found that to be the case when you use them? Do they tell you where you miss hit them or can you tell where you are striking it just by watching the ball roll?
@@DimpledBalls I switched from Callaway Tuttle to the Fat Lady Swings in '95, and it felt like the ball rolled better even on mishits and more true since I went from non-milled to milled. Over the years when I've pondered switching putters, I typically only had milled ones in mind (that's why if Kirkland/Costco ever does a milled mallet, I'll get it to test out). With the two new ones I got (the Tommy Armour Impact No. 3 and the Lazrus milled), I just was drilling putts with the Impact when I was doing a putter showdown between that and a non-milled Odyssey Backstryke Sidewinder at Play It Again Sports up here (plus, the Impact was practically brand-new) The Sidewinder with a White ice insert was just too hot in terms of the ball flying off the face). As for the Lazrus, I was really intrigued to test/tinker with it as it was a milled mallet with a Ping Anser-style hosel.
@@matts.5690 you seem like you have it figured out for you, which is really really good! You put in the work, and the effort, and the research and found your optimized game. We love to see it, and appreciate your comments as always!
