Bobby…Bobby….Bobby…my husband is so upset he introduced your channel to me…. When we at Costco shopping… he would put something in the cart and I would say to him…Nope that’s no Bobby approved… he gets so mad…I showed him your video about the seed..he started using it about 3 weeks ago and oh boy what a difference in his life…he said if he ever see Bobby he will give him a big hug… Thanks Bobby keep on doing what you are doing…
I had to see what all the hype was about . . .took two buses to Costco. Wow! I found a few things of particular interest: cauliflower wraps, Keto Bombs, Hungry Buddha bars, Highkey cookies, Siete products and Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds. I didn't find Suja juice but I hope to find it on my next trip. Thank you for the information and the inspiration!
he's done fish before, check his video list - oh, I'm sorry, it was a Sam's video on meat and fish , not costco. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DVtfybf9Igo.html
he would be coming. guess you have not noticed everyone who worked with him is gone. and he does not do as many videos either. no more live ones. only him and desi and erica are left. brad left also.
@@mothershelper1981 Art didn't move and Brad left while Bobby was in Bulgaria. Bobby's still looking for a camera person/web editor. Hmmmmm, there seems to be a common theme here.
@@camerongrant3739 yes, I think that's what I said. Art didn't move. People always ask where art is and the main thing is he's still where he was before. I've often wondered if he might eventually start up his own channel, not necessarily about food unless that's what he was interested in but with his experience it seems like he could do whatever he wanted and he has the personality also, good stage presence as it were.
I've been taking Seed for about 5 months. It really works but don't expect overnight results took me about 3 months to really feel the difference in my gut for my Diverticulitis.
@@terwya thanks for letting me know. He presently doesn't have any problems but I want to keep it that way. He says he needs help sometimes staying "regular " and I don't want him using Metamucil and things like that. I really appreciate your reply!!
@@lindao7887 Hi Linda I replied to another person my results. I've been on Seed for 5 months but it took 3 months to work to show results and how did I know it was working? Without getting gross, I started going to the bathroom (if you get my meaning)every day instead of only 2 to 3 times a week. Now everyone is different. I found for me 2 pills a day was too much for my system but one a day was perfect. The Seed company worked with me so I can get a shipment every 2 months instead of once a month. Hope this helps.
@@lindao7887 Well, they were supposed to run 12-weeks trials back in 2020 to prove effectiveness. It's near the end of 2021 and no word of the outcome of that study supposedly conducted at Harvard’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. If I were you, I'd go with a brand that most or a large portion of gut doctors recommend. You'll discover these also rank at the very top of customer reviewed probiotics on Amazon, with over 50k 4+ star reviews. Beware of claims that "all others are useless because they can't survive the harsh gut". Ask for proof of effectiveness, no anecdotal success stories... When people have a medical issue they try many things at the same time, and it's quite difficult to figure out what actually was the biggest factor in resolving their problem...
I am really new to this! (And don't know what I'm doing.) I've purchased olive oil, avocado oil, kale chips (love them), organic veggies (dirty list) and some one the clean list, too (from purchasing your book). But I am still in a "quandry." I am diabetic (2) and am good (taking all my meds), drinking water, worked about 1 month to get off sodas, now soda-free. I am trying to read labels like you have shown us in your great shopping runs, but OMG, I feel so overwhelmed. As a diabetic I already feel like I can't have this, can't have that....and on and on. I am literally struggling. I do have one thing to say positively...I am starting to feel better! Incrementally. A little at a time. I am proud of myself for making small changes--like getting off the sodas. But it is so hard. And I have so much weight to lose. But...your encouragement has been wonderful and I just keep putting one foot in front of the other. I love how kind you are to even the people in the store! You are so sweet (the non-Caloric kind). Thank you. Keep up the good work. 🙏 Sharon.
I was gonna ask - will it help to add some sweetener? I use monk fruit drops. I just need an alternative way to get the greens in me and I get very lazy with the blender sometimes and have a hard time for one person keeping all the greens fresh in the fridge. Another question, maybe somebody knows, I take a medicine that says avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice, there's grapefruit juice in this Uber green drink, yathink it'll hurt?
@@lindao7887 I freeze fresh squeezed OJ (from Whole Foods), soups, smoothies in 20oz cups... I partially thaw under cool running tap, or in microwave defrost setting. Re grapefruit: I'd ask my doc. Grapefruit can take more than 24 hrs to clear from your system so it's a huge risk to do this often, in my opinion. Some medicine goes faster into the bloodstream, so in the minimum, you'd probably want to lower dosage that day. Other medicine - it's the opposite - you'd need to increase dosage on that day to counter the grapefruit effect. See what google says.
Norman Walker, who wrote many books on juices & juicing, their health benefits...literally the Juice King, said no juice is effective after 6-8 hours. He said all juices should be made and consumed almost instantly for the maximum health benefits.
Love the channel. Changed my life, but the Chris Farley impersonation. Not Alphonso approved. Lol. They finally got the Kirkland grass fed butter in my Costco. It was funny everyone buying it was “flavcity”. A great conversation starter. Your touching and helping everyone and the industry changing. Keep up the good work. Thanks.
Bobby I'm so confused with what ingredients are good and not good. Could you please make a list of all the "bad" ingredients we should look for when shopping please? Thx.
Hi Flavcity! Thanks (I appreciate it, for sure) for mentioning not to put the Manuka Honey 🍯 in boiling 💦! There seems to be the wrong kind of sugars in food or even all together, these days! Suja is my favorite!🥦🥬🥒🍏Also,my favorite, is the Teton Beef Sausage 🌭! I might try the Kevin's meals-I might(still thinking about it). Alright, Later Bobby!💕☮️
Hell yeah Bobby. I'm going to stock up on the Teton sausages this time. I grabbed only one pack on your last recommendation and the sale ended. I've been waiting for a long time for this again.
and why did you move? I wish you would have asked lol - the public education system is not so good (because of our Governor, but teachers are fantastic!) - hope you all can afford private school.
Yup! I split a couple in half and put them in a small casserole in the microwave with a slice of havarti cheese on top. If you wanna get crazy, you can grind some caraway seed over it. When it comes out, I top it with sauerkraut and eat with knife and fork. Been thinking of making a keto rye bread for a Polish sandwich, but frankly, it's great just like that. Could also supplement with dill pickle.
That bell is to notify shoppers that they are taking the rotisserie chicken off the spit. Come and get it? But honestly, it’s made with sugar, so it wouldn’t be “Bobby approved”.
That Suja uber greens is garbage, they threw out all the healthy parts and left the juice behind lol. Yuck, get ur whole foods please. It is a better juice tho because of the pressurization but still, eat whole foods.
Nice video, for the emergency vitamin C: Cyanocobalamin is also a man mad form as well for the vitamin B12. methylcobalamin is the one you want instead. Like and subscribed!
Learn so much from you. Just got your App and it works great at home but when I went shopping at Target nothing would open just said searching, so maybe it was something at Target. Will try again at another store.
Watching one of your videos where you fry up prosciutto showed me an awesome quick breakfast with that, a couple scrambled eggs. Just drizzle some of that Costco maple syrup on the prosciutto and Wow...so good....
Seriously those Kevin’s are a hell of a lot better than anything else there. For families it’s a way to a nutritious dinner when it’s either a frozen dinner or fast food to go.
Can you do a video about probiotics with people that have had gastric bypass? Love all your videos and I think Rose 🌹 makes your show. I watch all her shorts.🤟👍🌄🙂
I often enjoy your videos, but with all due respect, I often disagree with your logic. Why do you make such an ordeal about one teaspoon of sugar in a cup of soup, but never discuss the sodium of so many of the foods that you promote? For instance Chomps, the amount of sodium in the chomps stick is outrageous and that is not good for the health of those who have high blood pressure. To insinuate that one teaspoon of sugar is responsible for being diabetic is just alarmist. I think you're very informative in many aspects but I do think you cherry pick what you choose to talk about and what you don't.
Excellent post. Bobby doesn't seem to have an issue when his toddler glugs maple syrup from a container or drowns her pancakes in maple syrup. Apparently that doesn't count as "sugar".
I buy grass fed meat and bones. Chicken =free range and make broth. I make stock and nothing added. Then I take it 1 cup at a time and dehydrate it. I have two dehydrators 1 9 trays and the other 5 trays. I make 14 cups of stock I then powder and at that point I see how much I get and divide that by 14 to know how much to use to get a cup. It can even be dehydrated in the oven on a sheet tray. Easy.
@@c.v.yardley I see my auto correct just typed what it felt I meant. I actually typed NOTHING added. Anyway. No matter if I meant what you think I meant or not your response was uncalled for. Sounds horrible. Though I am American, American in fact, I am aware that all other people eat all different things. If in fact I meant what you thought I would be insulted for your criticism. But I am not. To each his own. Though I may not eat nor ever try some things out there I definitely will not criticize anyone for what they do or do not eat. I think I am a little too mature to just randomly speak my mind so loosely.
@@c.v.yardley It was a typo. Nothing more. Understanding the English language still does not mean you should criticize but thats your choice and its my choice to ignore this from here on end. You miss the whole point of what I said in my response. Even if I meant nose it still should not have criticized. Yes it is your right. But. It is right to respond to such criticism. Grasping the English language has nothing to do with it. Buy Hey. Again it is your choice to be that way. It matters not that you apologize twice or three times or more. Anyway. Let it go. This five minutes of back and forth has already taken up more time then I want to. It is just not important to me. Have a good life
OMG 😱 I can’t believe you being around for a long time and I just found you! I am so happy and exited! Trying to catch up with all your videos. I am so lost and confused 😕 about what to eat or not, what supplements to take, which ingredients are good and which ones are bad. You are helping me so so much. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge. You are amazing! Learning a lot, writing everything down and taking photos so I can buy better food and supplements to improve my health. Thank you, thank you! Big hug! 🤗 And Rose is so beautiful and lovely!! And your wife too! Big hug for them too! 🤗🤗
Bobby, I love the science, and I am so very saddened to see what the food industry has done to the American people. This is so much larger than the opioid crisis and makes the tobacco industry look good in comparison. These food practices are literally killing our children by hooking them on sugar and artificial ingredients. Clearly our bodies are saying ENOUGH. Type 2 diabetes, obesity, autoimmune, ADHD, anxiety and depression. These are increasing in childhood at an alarming rate. I would love to use your influence to partner with the American Academy of Pediatrics and lobby against the MSG and sugar giants in the food industry. Believe you me the docs won’t move without pressure. I feel a moral obligation to bring this to the attention of folks who are being deceived by the food industry, and frankly our government. What happened to the Surgeon General? I have been a nurse for 40 years and after my biochem class in undergrad my journey to understanding ingredients began. We can and need to get the message out there and have the public educated just as was accomplished with tobacco. Let me know when you are ready to take action 😂
Unfortunately that Suja it’s not that great. Yes the way the product is made is superior, but as you see the first ingredient is cucumber juice which literally has no nutritional value except for hydration. And then celery juice. Now if the first ingredients were say kale or Swiss chard etc. that vitamin A would be through the roof and I would be buying it like nobody’s business.
Thanks Bobby, I have a lil one who reacts to dairy, I tried the Kirkland organic milk and have not heard her complain of tummy aches even once. My family is greatful for your advice on the milk.😊👍. God bless you and family 🙏.
