I’m a guy with a pretty average build, but I have pretty big legs and it’s hard to find pants that fit and I’m comfortable in. But I finally found a good pair of cargo’s that fit me perfectly. And they only cost $25 at target. But the thing is, after like five or six months, they’ve completely worn down ripped in the middle between the legs. this is because the friction that my legs create when I walk around wears down the fabric so every 4-6 months I have to go to target and buy the same pair of $25 pants. I have tried and failed to just find another pair of pants that fit me this well and are also really lightweight and i can wear when its hot out. So in the meantime, I am stuck with basically having a subscription service for good pants.
The quality used to be the selling point of these luxury brands but most of their stuff is made in china now. Corporate greed at an all time high they pay $12 to make a shirt to sell for $300, then have a yard sale at the end of the season, where the shirt cost $250 now. These brands don’t lose the consumer loses every time. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
Most of the luxury brands still using plastic in their 2000$ jacket.. Polyester for example, if you want the good stuff Custom made for your body type with good materials, preferably at a local shop where you can come back and get it repaired at the original place

This has to be an age related thing, I don't think I've ever bought a stupid looking item of clothing or jewelry just because it is expensive. The only thing I've procured that was stupid and impractical was a new BMW, but I learned my lesson, I'm never buying a car that small and impractical again.
