Hey Maggie, I really love your cleanliness, organisation and order. Such a beautiful,clean environment!! I put a small bowl on the counter next to the chopping board to put all my peels etc, also put a slightly damp cloth under the chopping board to prevent it from sliding around. I had same salad this afternoon, was all natural. Didnt have raisins and other topins, just twist of vinegar...let say yummy is understatement. I add salt to onions and remove the harsh juice and aftertaste too
