You should look at cycle syncing and what exercises are good for you when on your period. It’s actually not good for your hormones and counter productive to your weight loss and health to be high impact exercising during this point in your cycle! ❤️ the book ‘In the Flo’ is unreal about informing you how to sync with your cycle! Try yin yoga, walking and resting when menstruating (and also listening to your body!) 💕 xxx
