I really like this new video that you made of your morning habits, me too when I can I like to take my time in the morning, like you I really like reading in the morning , I really like to wake up reading again in bed and when I feel ready then I get out of bed, reading in the morning allows me to start my day well before going to work , it's super beautiful where you walked along the canal, it made me want to walk along the canal too and as I practice running there too, London is a magnificent city , seeing your videos allows me to take my time better like you, to appreciate each moment and above all to take the time for myself. Thank you for making these magnificent videos that you make.

I use the LUMIX S5, and I use various lens depending on what I need. I started with the standard lens that came with it but I was able upgrade to a 24-70mm sigma lens recently. I also use a diffusion 1/4 filter 😊. In terms of mic, I use a really cheap one that I wouldn’t necessarily recommend. It is sufficient for the moment 😅. And for tripod, I can’t remember the model but it’s a Vanguard one. Otherwise I use Da Vinci resolve for editing

Very well done. Have you ever thought of adding virtual speaking? I bet there are a ton of orgs that would hire you to give a nice, therapeutic virtual talk based on your story.
