2 thick cheese slices (shaped in rectangles)
1tbsp chopped parsley
Mixed herbs
Salt
Black pepper
Chilli flakes
2-3tbsp Olive oil
1/4 All three coloured bell peppers(chopped)
6-7 broccoli florets (blanched)
1/2 chopped carrot (blanched)
For sauce:
4-5 chopped garlic cloves
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
1tbsp fresh cream
1tbsp corn flour
1tbsp soya sauce
1tbsp ketchup
1tbsp tamarind chutney
Salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes
