Big things in cottagecore are baking, sewing, knitting, gardening, drinking tea or my personal favourite running through a flower field in a flowy white dress in short. Simply put it's really relaxing and focuses on pastels, and warmth. Goblincore is like the chaotic cousin of cottagecore. Goblincore focus on the "less pretty" aspects of nature, basically moss, rocks, mushrooms, frogs ect. Lots of goblincore folk love to collect things "shinies" if you will, and the fashion compared to cottagecore is different to, instead of flowy dresses and blouses your looking more at oversized sweaters, knitted vests, baggy overalls ect. Goblincore colours are a variety of greens usually moss green, brown and earthy tones, black ect compared to the pastels, whites and light beiges of cottagecore. Hope this helped 💕💕

Since I live with my family owning a private forest here’s my morning routine: -Wake up to birds chirping, and poofy pink bedding in a white room with a fireplace. -Change into dress or poofy shirt and dress, no shoes or black flats. -Greet family in dining room -pack a picnic basket of some picnic items 🧺 -Walk outside and greet goats, ducks, farm cat, dogs. -Head to the near by pond, sit and read on a cleaned up tree by the water. -run in the flowers, sing to myself and spot some deer. -do my school work in my tree house (homeschooled because small cozy town doesn’t have a good school and I love staying in the forest) -Pick flowers. -head home to help my mother with dinner -Greet my dad who’s home from work -Eat food, change into nightgown after shower -Sit by the fireplace and read, write etc. -Head to bed :) Sry if I’m bragging, I just recently moved here w my family when my grandpa got to old to live here, I’m still so excited to have the freedom :)

So I went over to my neighbor’s house yesterday and their son (9) went “What are you wearing?” I said “a dress” (I was wearing a cottagecore-ish one) and he said “That looks like something my grandma would wear” I have no problem with that.

Watching these makes me feel more in peace with the fact that I live in the village. I'm a 20 year old university student, most students move to town when they study but I still live in the nearby village with my mom. I used to be depressed about it but honestly these cottage core tik toks made me appreciate what we have here! Beautiful scenery and lots of possibilities for outdoor activities! I love reading and painting and I have just started to put these hobbies into the outdoors! Of course cottage core aesthetic is very romantised but it does make me feel more comfortable with my life situation so that I am just happy and grateful to live here❤️
As someone who has dated for 6 years a fellah who was in full botanic bliss where he lived, where every summer we went searching for wild fruits that is edible, watching for the first time cottagecore made me relive tons of memories I once forgot

what would it be called if i wanted to live in a big castle, that has a ton of flowy flowers lining the walls, in a natural pattern. And a pong in the middle with lily pads and froggies in it? that was really specific- but yeah. What would that be called? 10:25 also, instead of using things to push down the gunk in your sink. I suggest you take the bottom pipe of the sink apart, push the drain up and use a tool of some sort to take the gunk out
