Cotton Candy Skies: Feel Good Flow (432Hz) 

The sweet taste of cotton candy, the joy of being alive. For some reason, as soon as I stepped out into the desert to scout this location to film, and the sun started to set and turn the skies into this majestic, endless, beautiful cotton candy color, I couldn’t help but feel like a kid again, enjoying the wonder that was all around. I felt so grateful to be able to experience life. Even with all the craziness, it is still a privilege to be here. So this flow is a cheers to life. An exercise of moving the body that we have, the body that we were gifted, as a thank you to life. To be able to see, hear, smell, feel, move and most importantly…..breathe. Cheers.
