Got our first batch of 12 random quail eggs from thieving otter farms. They even gave us an extra 2 for a total of 14. Can’t wait to see how they candle in about a week.

Thanks for this video. I'd already narrowed my list down to Kansas City Quail Farm & Gopher Ridge Quail. Hopefully I can get some JMF MEAT MAKER eggs from them. It was great to hear their names on this video. Keep up the good work & thanks for sharing your knowledge. Kemah Texas

This is a breeder's list, myshire is a commercial hatchery. The breeders listed here are dedicated to producing clean genetics and healthy bloodlines.

Myshire is quantity over quality. They are just in it for the money and don’t put any effort into good breeding practices… quite the opposite.

@@mrbinary71 they might keep their farm clean of manure, but their birds are all mutts. You should really look into the reviews for Myshire, but it’s difficult because they pay for so many fake reviews. So many people order from Myshire and don’t get what they purchased, myself included. Myshire lies and says things can’t breed true, but it’s actually because they don’t know how to breed correctly.

Hi Terry i was wondering if you know of any uk breeders? I had been talking to Southwest Gen but since they are a US breeders i wouldn't be able to buy Black Quail to breed with my own Blacks

No, these are all US breeders. Perry Scholfield is in Canada.

Well he also only mentioned SW Gamebirds in passing reference to others, he might have just skipped them because it's always assumed they'd be on there.

Channel size is irrelevant, as I said in a previous comment the breeders listed here are dedicated to producing clean genetics and bloodlines. Large hatcheries rarely have the ability to selectively breed due to the shear numbers of birds they keep.
