Cougar in the woods, early August 2023 

This video, like the other "In the Woods" videos, is from cameras along a game trail in the woods near our home. For the first time in over 5 years of setting cameras out, in addition to the normal bear and coyotes, the cameras captured a cougar!
In addition to the presence of the cougar, this video is unique in the absence of several species. No deer were seen during this period. Camera 2 did not see any squirrels. None of the cameras captured any rabbits, bobcats, or raccoons.
The cameras were all Gardepro A3 or A3S cameras.
