Lol I just threw some squeezed lemons, cayenne pepper, and ginger in a blender and went for it. Yea sure it tasted like fire going down your throat, but it worked!
I do it by boiling a 1/4 of a piece of ginger sliced into small pieces with a cup of water over the stove. Then I put it through a sieve so I get the water. I add a teabag to the water as well as a slice of lemon. Then I add either sugar or honey!
This seems it a bit much, all I do is boil water, add a slice of lemon, tablespoon of honey, and green tea, or just plain boiled water, whatever you prefer. Another method I use is pine needle tea....that works great as well. Grab some pine needles from your trees, toss them into boiling water, and soak like you would your tea bags. Just have black or green tea and for separate add some local honey from the area you live. Or have some have hot water and add lemon grass, lemon juice, ginger and honey and wait a few minutes and drink a nice warm drink. The local honey needs to be from the area you live to have better effect in your immune system. Also, natural raw orange juice every morning does not hurt avoid sugar concentrate juice that can mess you, because it has high level of sugar that in the end it's worst for you.
wonderful..everyone where i stay knows what ginger is ..its used everyday in our food but the size is a lot smaller than the root I saw in the video and so is lime less than half the size of what i just saw now ..just had a lemon honey drink minutes ago i need to get better by tmrw .
Whenever I have a cold I just boil some water or just get warm or hot water from my sink and then I slice 2 or 1 slices of lemon and add them to my water
hello.. i tried this and its very awesome.. i got a question! . coz i ate all the lemons inside the honey remedy i made (i love it so much) can you refill it with fresh lemons using the same honey??
Use a wooden or ceramic or plastic spoon - only for Manuka honey because this type of honey has medicinal properties & enzymes. Normal honey is fine with other spoons.
Hi Maureen! Thanks! My son really like this. I give him directly the honey 2 or 3 tsp. one doubt: Suppose that bottle of honey finished in 2 weeks. You suggest to remove the lime/ginger or shall i keep the same lime/ginger and just refill honey?

Your using almost everything that my late grandmother may she rip used :) there was just two things missing, Onion and orange..yup, we let it sit in the fridge for some days and it thins out like a cough syrup and we had 2 tablespoons and it worked ...now, I don't know if that will work today given what they spray and do with our foods today. Make the thick paste of honey, ginger, garlic and onion. Have a tablespoon of the paste. Whenever you have cold and cough, try this remedy in 2-3 hours.
