Honestly, I can see whole new bodies eventually created piece by piece through this once they perfect and expedite the process. Will be an interesting time period.

They should grow then in space as the ink is not under stress from gravity , this would allow the cells to grow freely .

This is old news, before BBC came out with this, NBC announced this in 2019. At the time Israel was leading the project of organ printing, and the first to print a 3D heart.

Cellink worked with hair follicles as far back as in 2017 without any results, and they are still stuck in the same spot. Even though it is a relatively simple biological structure, they have nothing to show.
