It sounds really cool. Joe Thomas becoming the offensive line coach of the Browns. But I don't think it's a good idea unless he really, really wants the job.

The bar is so low in this town, here's a guy with zero coaching experience who will replace the master of zone blocking. Its actually comical. Bill Callahan is a legend. I can't say enough how this is a bad move.

I don't think Callahan is leaving--if it was his Father I could see son joining him but why would Bill's son want his Father, a legendary OL coach, come join him? I know his son is head coach but I just think Bill would want to give him space to make his own hires-and of course don't want to see Browns lose him

Joe would be a perfect fit but i don't think he would do it for a number of reasons mainly his family Joe's a family man and loves spending time with his family besides that i don't think he would take Stefanski BS go Browns glory to God always amen God bless everyone
