It's important to say, Tatsumaki is targeted by assassins since she was a small child, so she should be able to deal with surprise attacks very well. I don't think we've seen it but a certain level of danger detection or mind scanning doesn't sound far fetched from the strongest esper after all... Extremely fast monsters are not unusual as well, and she never had trouble against any before.
What? Spend time in any OPM community and you'll find tonnes of opinions echoing this video. Tatsumaki has been acknowledged as the monster that she is for a long time now.

Very interesting video. The only problem is that we don't have full info on Watchdog Man since we never saw him go at full power or take damage in a fight. This would really depend on how powerful Watchdog Man truly is.
I have a theory that metal bat is progressively having his limiter removed which is why his power is inconsistent and constantly changing. The more his limiter is removed the stronger he gets until it's fully gone

Best case scenario would be to get child emperor to coordinate a simultaneous attack of Genos, Flashy and Pumped up metal bat to jump her all at once while her psychic barrier isn´t at full power. And pray to god it can break her barrier. because if it doesn't all they could do is run away, they're not killling her (and the only one that could get away is flashy), so they would all be fodderized. Hnoestly they dont stand a chance.
I think maybe Tatsumaki can beat all the monster association by herself if they start in their base forms (Orochi and Psykos aren't fused, evil natural water needs to reach the ocean if he don't want to be a Darkshine victim and Black S need a little bit of time to fuse and Phoenix man starts at demon) + all the other cadres The level demon and below are a non factor except Phoenix man. If the fight starts with the monster Association with their strongest forms like PsykosOrochi, Platinum S,Evil Natural Ocean, Resurrected Phoenixman (Brilliant eagle is not canon 😢 ) that can revive dead monsters and if he dies is gonna get exponientally stronger + all the other cadres. Imo is too much for her to handle

Granted, it’s worth noting that Tatsumaki overtaxed themselves when they squeezed Psychorochi, so they can’t use that amount of power for an extended period of time, and they would be briefly left open to a counter attack afterward.
She did overexert herself, but she was also already pretty damaged from the fight earlier, that's a relatively damaged Tatsumaki. We don't know how well she'd do at full power/health. Plus she goes right back to fighting soon afterwards
Good video. Also in the original webcomic I think Tatsumaki had her barrier on even when she was knocked out, so it might just always be on so a sneak attack/blitz still might not be viable.
don't forget . . . . . (a) in her fight with gyoro gyoro, tatsumaki easily withstood 300 x earth's gravity which is the same level of gravity goku and vegeta had trouble standing in. (b) tatsumaki faked her fight with saitama in order to distract attention away from the psykos rescue operation (chapter 176 . . . . "im gonna put on a little act. . . . " and (c) in chapter 134, tatsumaki tanked a punch from god but kept fighting.

I think Tatsumaki is faster than Flashy flash, she saw FF fight the Giant Octopus (Demon lvl) and was not only not impressed but also told him he should start from the C class (i don't think she would say that if FF is better at something that her in combat). Sure you could argue that FF was not going all out but you could say the same for Tatsumaki that still saw him and was mad because flashy flash was having any kind of problem. And FF was about to use a "special move" should be atleast faster than his normal combat abilities and would imply that is taking the fight somewhat serious because then he wouldn't use it also FF is the type of guy that want to end the battle as fast as he can he dosen't want to play arround is pretty much like Genos.
Nah, FF is definitely faster, she was probably not that impressed because of his strength, not his speed, and FF can kinda keep up with Platinum S and Monster Garou, and Sonic needed to use special abilities to catch up to FF, while Sonic was basically faster than Tatsumakk without special abilities, and didn't even really get hit until he stepped on dog poop, and FF is just known as a speed character, Tatsumaki still stomps, but FF still has speed advantage.
Honestly I don't think any member of the S-class is fast enough to blitz Tatsumaki, even Flashy flash. The Metal bat and Garou team up exemplifies that the only difference in speed between characters are the ones necessary to establish power imbalance in the moment. Another example is Genos rivalling Sonics speed at the start of S2. None of these characters are even close to the level of Tatsumaki, and therefore they wouldn't be able to blitz her because the story would always portray her as dominant unless she's near death. Besides, Tatsumaki has been shown to react to light speeds attacks, easily dodge lightspeed attacks, and fight at such speeds that her battles are cross continental in between panels, and fast enough to rival speedsters such as sonic WHILE dragging Saitama through the dirt. I assume Flashy flash is still quicker because speed is literally his thing, but when it comes to feats I'm almost tempted to give it to tats, and FF is DEFINITELY not fast enough to blitz her.
What lightspeed attacks do you mean? Do you mean Psyrochi's beams, because not all beam attacks that look like light are actually lightspeed, is there any indication those attacks are actually lightspeed, or are you just assuming they are? Regardless though, Flash vs Plat S vs Garou is a much better speed feat than most of the other heroes, what those three do is clearly faster than any of the other heroes there sans Saitama. Flash is certainly faster than Tats, maybe not enough to blitz like you said, but he's still a good deal faster and comparing him to Sonic is strange, Sonic was clearly slower than Flash when they sparred and when they fought Empty Void, but that's being redrawn so we'll see what happens eventually. I also assume you don't include Blast for the blitzing thing, since this hypothetical doesn't include him, because he's definitely fast enough to blitz the entire S class.
I think u are being too faithful to that one calc that puts pshyco orochi at planet level. I think it is clear that the author's intention was to create a multicontinental attack as it literally is an attack that slices a continent, can not be much more direct than that. If we put tatsumaki's barrier at multi continental it would be a lot more close and interesting.
The thing is, it's actually really consistent. Orochi and Sage are both calced at Planet Level and then Platinum S (who in terms of AP would scale below them) is calced at multi-continental, and people like Boros and Garou consistently scale/are calced to planet-large planet levels. It's consistent with the story. For the author intent thing, it kind of bothers me when people use it as an argument. If You are not the author, how would You know what the author's intent was? Only they know.
Whwn Tatsumaki fought Saitama, they were surprised that Sonic was able to keep up with them. So, Tatsumaki should be fast enough to match with Flashy and other S Class
correct me if im wrong, but i *think* pyskorochi's beams were at least light speed. so I'd think since tatsumaki was able to dodge almost all of them, that would make her FTL. that could also pass for reflexes, but regardless, i think it's a pretty great speed feat.
not sure how relevant willpower is here (willpower effects psychic resistance if i remember correctly) as she can attack without using it on others, but most of the s class would have decent resistance, except darkshine. I don’t know how it works but i assume someone like zombieman or metal bat who both have high willpower (zombie is probably higher, gets killed hundreds of times and keeps fighting) would be hard for her to deal with, and i think she would just have to drop zombieman into a hole because he probably has too much willpower to be sent to space. Metal bat maybe can resist it too, keep in mind saitama didn’t actively resist the psychic effect so if tatsumaki tried to push metal bat’s swing back for example, she would be fighting willpower and the swing’s force. They still wouldn’t do much and the outcome probably wouldn’t change but if i remember correctly, garou used willpower to fight increased gravity, so other characters should be able to as well. still a good video though but i think that the effect of willpower on psychic resistance (not sure what to actually call it) could have been mentioned
One thing you forgot to mention, esper abilities in OPM are directly countered by willpower. We see that with Garou when he gets binded by Gyoro Gyoro. So heroes like Metal Bat and Silverfang would be resistant to her esper ability if she tried using it on them, while heroes like Darkshine would immediately succumb. But even with that being said, there's really not much that the heroes can do against her, she's just too broken.
I'm not sure about that, if I remember correctly it was specifically stated that Garou was just adapting to the psychic powers, as he couldn't move at all at first and then was slowly starting to stir after Gyoro Gyoro went on a monolouge. But yeah, either way, the power gap is just too vast.
@@SatorisYT It is explicitly mentioned in the webcomic as well. Fubuki states in chapter 102 page 12, "Strength of will is directly connected to psychic resistance".
Neither of them is Garou nor Saitama to have a will power to completely ignore her direct psychic power. But even if we gonna think that they are immune or can resist pretty well, nothing stops her from just squeezing surrounding land and thus killing them with it or just throwing giant rocks at high speed and other attacks that don't require using psychic power directly to opponent.

The first thing Garou thinks of when he resists Gyoro Gyoro is "Is this the so-called fighting spirit?", with a flash back to Metal Bat. And Silverfang was the only one standing when everyone else succumbed to the radiation cosmic Garou was releasing, even after pushing his body to the limit earlier against sleeping Garou... Besides, I never said they would completely ignore her direct psychic ability, I said they'd be resistant to it. And we have evidence from the manga that supports this (chapter 92 page 14 & chapter 166 page 5). Even characters like Golden Sperm were resistant to her (webcomic chapter 80 page 14).
@@SatorisYT Garou was also resisting Tatsumaki’s psychic powers in the webcomic. Fubuki explains it was because of his willpower. Golden sperm did the same thing too, albeit Tatsumaki was injured at that point.

Firstly with the barrier, literally almost all characters have that white glow around them in the manga to separate them from the background, we don’t know if this is a “continent level barrier” being shown as you state. She has more of a flame like aura when her powers are activated. Tatsumaki barely dodged and got grazed by the first continent slicing beam probably just from the heat, as only the right side of her dress got damaged, her entire dress didn’t get vaporized, and earlier she also got damage along her dress from the super weakened Orochi surprise attack which would be a massive problem for your scaling as she hasn’t even bubbled anyone yet Second, Tatsumaki said she could easily weaken Psyrochi by drilling through the area referring to where Psyrochi connects to the tower shown by the psychic blast. Tatsumaki didn’t say she would destroy all of the roots, she said she would weaken her by damaging the roots that Psyrochi is connected too. That’s exactly what she does when she does the twist, as you can also see the building twisting which contained her connection to the roots. She then said after she pulls out the heroes, she will twist the hideout. This explains why Genos was able to push Psyrochi’s beams more than his own. It’s obvious Genos didn’t all of a sudden become a small planet level being in his ten second mode while not being able to one shot Gums, and it’s why the second beam struggle between the two, Genos got pushed back more then the previous one, due to Psyrochi healing her root base that she is connected to. This is also why the first continent slicing beams were gargantuan and dwarfed Psyrochi while the ones after the twist were vastly smaller being smaller than Psyrochi. If Tatsumaki was truly so superior to Psyrochi that the beams were barely fringing her, Tatsumaki would’ve have needed to dodge every attack and we never see her take a direct hit from a continent slicing beam. If Tatsumaki actually did just complete tank her best attack, Psyrochi would have been pissed off, not gloating about how superior she is In her fight with Saitama, we can clearly see her best attacks are like city level at best, not small planet level. Remember, to be small planet level, you need to be able to destroy a small planet in a single attack, not do it over a long period of time. And after like 3 city level feats against Psyrochi, she nearly died from exhaustion showing she struggles with bad endurance when going all out, spitting out blood from twisting the city, passing out and almost died if the heroes didn’t save her by maintaining the city shield, and further nearly died by creating the spear of light which was compared to a nuke, which are city level, not continent level. Tatsumaki is multi city level, not multi continent level to planet level. I think she loses with metal Knight around who has nukes, and Genos with his lighting core combining with Drive Knight for a more stable form, and Flashy Flash along with Sunblade Atomic, Bang, and super pumped up Metal Bat teaming up. They can definitely break a barrier created by Tatsumaki, and a huge thing your forgot to take into account is espers attacking weakens their defense, and vice versa
Metal Knight is probably disaster level God, I mean he built the entire Hero Association HQ (which is the size of a city) in just 7 days. And we know he's not 100% loyal to the hero association so he would't spend all of his techonlogy and resources for them. He's probably have something even wayyyyy beyond the scale of Hero Association HQ and also posses Super advanced technology like Boro's spaceship. He could easily pose a threat to humanity if he wanted to.
Assuming years mean 2 (the minimum of plural) would mean that each week is 1 year because part 15 was 2 weeks ago in the date of the comment. Few can be 3-4-5-6 if we go for the lowball and say 3 decades that would mean 30 weeks = 7'5 months at least with this 100% correct method
We don't know Watchdog man's abilities yet, so can't say for certain if Tatsumaki can beat him. We've never seen him lose a fight or even be injured. Plus, I think he's bald, and you know what that implies.

A single Black S can be scaled anywhere from town lv to mountan lvl ( by ripping off genos's arm) Early series of genos could tank his own attacks, which him destroying the top of that mountain can be calced from town to mountain lvl. So if we take the higher interpretation, a single black S at mountain lvl could put Golden S at small planetary. But that's all
A single sperm is stated to be as strong as class A hero. Nowhere close to town or mountain level, stop fucking spreading around misinformation. and this is not how stacking works. Platinum sperm is at best mountain level.

After that explosion we see many stars were destroyed, but even lowballing and saying only like 12 were destroyed that would still be miles above Tatsumaki. Even after he got help from 3 of his companions and assuming they split the energy required to redirect the energy by 25% each, that means each of them are capable of stopping an attack that can destroy 3 stars solo. That's already way above Tatsumaki who is at best small planet level, and most only put her at moon level, Snek is multi-city block level, which while way weaker than Tatsumaki, that is still closer to her than she is to Blast. I don't think I need to explain that only 12 stars being destroyed by the serious punch squared is a massive lowball, but the fact that even lowballing it that much makes Blast so far above Tatsumaki that she's closer to Snek proves my point. This is also just taking into account raw power, he's obviously way faster too since Flashy couldn't even register him moving and he's faster than Tatsumaki as well.
I got a question Satori. A few weeks ago, you did a poll about 200 Tatsumakis vs 1 Released Boros. Your take was that Boros would just speedblitz and one shots all of them before they can even realize. My question is that how a planetary(Released Boros) character can one shot and blitz other 200 also planetary Tatsumakis? I don't know much about powerscaling, so I'd be happy to hear youe answer.
1. Planet level isn't just one set level. It's a range of power. You can be a low end planet level character and get bodied by a high end planet level character. 2. Upscaling tatsumaki directly upscales Boros, as in an audio book, Tatsumaki could do nothing to Saitmama with hair while Boros actually did scratch bald Saitama a bit. 3. At this point, I actually think Released Boros is large planet level to large planet level+, not just planet. 4. Boros has way better speed showings than Tatsumaki. Speed doesn't equate to power in many anime verses.

It reminds me of above dragon, mid dragon from the series. I agree that Released Boros is way faster than Tatsumaki. @@sametbalc1812 They're not types, they're pretty much broad levels of power. Small planet level is one level, planet level is another level and so on. There can still be different tiers of power within these levels. Everyone has their own scaling, there's no 1 objective view on power scaling.

except king and blast the only folks i see that can do better on their own vs tatsumaki is metal knight and watchdog man watchdog man can easily kill every single monsters that would appear inside of the Q city which means watchdog man have easily blitzed every demon and dragon level threats with ease whilst looking pretty boring so watchdog man would've also b able to at least challenge or maybe defeat tatsumaki metal knight on the other hand is one of the most underrated member of the S class he's so powerful that a mere drone of his is enough to be considered as an S class hero there's a hundred of them so if all of those drone combined they'll pretty easily be a beyond dragon level threat and that's only his drones we haven't even seen his attack type machines so he'd might also be able to defeat tatsumaki
I have doubts Tasumaki can beat Flashy, but also i dont think Flashy can beat her. Flashy is too fast for Tatsu, One said Tatsu should beat Golden S and Platinum S is Golden S, but a lot, a looooot faster. So Tatsu won't even be able to react to Flashy, but Flahys attacks probably can't cut through her barriers she keeps up at all times unless she is attacking, so yeah stalemate with Flashy, lose to Blast and King and win against everyone else probably at the same time xd
The thing is that Tatsumaki as extremely big area of attack especially with barrier to encompasses the area or upping the gravity around her which would gave her tool to trap Flashy Flash or just nuke the area to oblivion
Yeah, the _webcomic_ golden S, who essentially was replaced by Platinum S in the Manga. Taking author statements about a different continuity of the story and trying to apply them to a version that _didn't even exist_ when the statement was made is dubious at best.

Very nice video,the explanation of the body's resistance to chi, which we got during the fight between Saitama and tatsumaki, is a bit lacking, but it could confuse the clear picture you presented.

For example, furhrer ugly was able to resist the power of the weakened tatsumaki. You wouldn't need to know chi to explain it, but once it's introduced you can use it

The thing is, even if Prime Bang was 100 times stronger than old Bang, he still wouldn't be anywhere near strong enough to breach her barriers and speed alone is not enough to beat Tatsumaki.
@SatorisYT I think the story implies that prime bang is a bang that is younger, stronger and faster than old bang that uses all his legendary techniques to its fullest. Prime bang is a bang during his rebellious days or after his fight with bomb when he starts training for his fist of flowing water techniques. The point I'm trying to make is prime bang using all the techniques at his disposal such as exploding heart fist, fajin attacks and other techniques that garou merely got a glimpse of can beat tatsumaki. I'm sure if bang uses fajin that bypass durability he beats tatsumaki.
Watchdog man is not winning currently, but I wouldn't doubt him becoming much stronger. Blast wins easily and she really has zero chance against him since he could teleport her to space any time he wants.

Also, downplaying Blast like he wasn't the only hero besides Saitama capable of stalemating Garou is crazy, literally all the other heroes were dying from his mere presence. We've seen very little of Blast, but even from what we've seen already he's lightyears ahead of Tatsumaki, put her against Cosmic Garou and see what happens, or put her in Blast's position when the serious punch squared goes off, she wouldn't even be able to react to it let alone contain the explosion at all like Blast managed to before his team showed up to help redirect it completely. I knew there were still people putting Boros against Blast for some reason, but I didn't think there was anyone left that thought Tatsumaki is even close to as strong as Blast. I mean it literally took God himself to damage Blast in any substantial way, he was the one that gave him that scar on his face and the reason EC escaped, but other than that he hasn't been hit or damaged once, not Void, and not even Cosmic Garou hit or damaged him, he even completely tanked the serious punch squared. A lot of people seem to miss that part, but he's literally in the explosion when it goes off and gets shot out of it and is unscathed, the fact that he took zero damage from that attack shows how insane he is compared to literally everyone else not named Saitama or Cosmic Garou.
