Callen couldn't be more wrong. My brother was in the Air Force for 20 years and had top secret clearance. Over the decades I must have asked him hundreds of times about something and he never capitulated. Not even like a hint, nothing. One time we were eating pizza at a local spot and I asked him about satellite technology and as usual he said he couldn't talk about it. I scoffed and said, "No one is here to hear us but two random schleps." and he said, "I have no idea of they are listening to us or following us." He explained it costs ridiculous amounts of money for the government to train people in top secret clearances and they spend money to make sure they stay secret. Does stuff get out? Yes. Are there traitors, people with loose lips, or just someone drunk that slips up? Of course. But to say that people can't keep a secret is ridiculous. Remember when the government declassified stealth bombers? They were like, "BTW, we've had these for 10 years and just kept them secret."
The traitors are the ones keeping the secrets. Why are they keeping it a secret? How is it a greater threat to our national security if we know to oppose not knowing? These people are tools. Brainwashed tools.
@@1.21Gigawatts_ if you do what this guy is saying he would do with one he would be going to jail probably for life lol. My interview questions in the military for a secret clearance (the standard one most people get) went pretty deep into my personal records and financial history. Cause they dont want you potentially selling information to pay off debts.
In the army I was given a TS and what he is saying about there being "no law" doesn't matter. IF something is classified as secret or top secret, you must have a "need to know". Once you are given access to those golden eggs, by army law and regulation you are not to talk, share or disclose anything pertaining to that material. People who have served know that service members do not have rights like civilians do when it comes to UCMJ and JAG. If you are caught even if you did nothing wrong, they will throw you into the brig and you will not get a speedy trial. They will let you sit in jail for years before anything happens. Yes, the government will do this, if they already haven't done something already.
This is what skeptics dont understand, thats why I dont waste time with skeptics because they are basically stupid people who sit on a couch all day & watch football & expect everyone to serve them with info
It’s not only about keeping it a secret, it’s about discrediting the people who come forward. It’s about actively giving misinformation to the public to create confusion, contradictory information which in the end makes everyone not believe in it. I think they’re better at doing misinformation than keeping the whole thing as a secret cause if it really was a secret, we wouldn’t be talking about it like we have over the last 60 years+
But people will talk about a lot of shit regardless of some secret existing at all or not, just saying. There’s a lot of stupid people, there’s a lot of liars, there’s a lot of people that do experience some stuff but there isn’t a lot of definitive stuff for this. The people that do come forth can be telling the truth but a story doesn’t really do anything for anyone because stories can be made up. This is something that needs hard evidence and not just stories
If you look at whats going on and how people have responded over the years.... this is exactly what the result of a disinfomation campaign would yield. Thats not to say it makes it true, but if you think about it, this is exactly what would happen.
Ahh, yes, “discrediting the people who come forward.” Because they’ve been doing such a good job of that over the last few years. Totally discrediting the high-ranking pilots and intelligence official who held an entire congressional hearing this year. As if they didn’t actively encourage him to come forward.
Even at the lowest level of secrecy in the military there’s stuff people just don’t know about, even simple things, so yes, the government could definitely keep something like that secret.
When people say it'd be impossible to keep something like this secret.. there are literally thousands of people, from government officials, to members of the military, to bureaucrats, to government contractors, who have gone on the record and talked about it. And it was only recently that Congress passed a law providing protection to whistleblowers in these cases. And then we immediately got whistleblowers.
Thats a really cool story about people “who have gone record and talked about it” Yet out of all those thousands of people not one could take a picture of the aliens or steal a piece of space metal. All we have is hearsay which doesnt mean anything until we see some evidence
There is an obligation, and oath to abide by the USA Constitution. There is a reason a whistleblower is protected. It is to protect the Constitution and the country.
I still suspect part is to make people think may that is where 61% of the pentagon assets that can't be account for maybe gets spent on Alien stuff and also to make the Chinese and Russians think the US is reverse engineering Alien technology, PS I hope they do have Aliens, but I really do doubt the governments ability to keep something like this a secret
why don't they free Julian Assange then? seems they pick and choose who they let roam free and who they don't. some of these public whistleblowers seem fake as fuck to me, to compromise the legitimacy of real whistleblowers by sowing derision and doubt.
Many secrets have been kept in the past . This would be one of the biggest secrets in history apart from religion being bullshit and that too is still a secret.
There were only like 14 people who actually knew what the Manhattan projects end goal was. Whole cities built out for the govt and private sector employees working on it. 10s of thousands of people and only 14 had the whole picture
Yep. Whole towns in Tennessee were created to make uranium 235. It took a lot of power and people to enrich that stuff before the H bomb. And they had no idea what they were really making or going to use it for.

He was contradicting himself. He was saying it wasn’t illegal, but based on the idea that they wouldn’t dare throw him in prison for revealing a secret people wanted to know. It’s definitely illegal to make top secret info public.
The fact that he says he would absolutely be a whistleblower is the reason people like him aren’t recruited into these programs. They can tell all that from psychological profiling.
@@bugsy742 “Grusch said he hasn't personally seen any alien vehicles or alien bodies, and that his opinions are based on the accounts of over 40 witnesses he interviewed over four years in his role with the UAP task force.” I don’t consider him a whistleblower. He has zero first hand knowledge of anything. I haven’t heard him say anything groundbreaking or original at all. Also, he doesn’t claim to have ever been recruited into any black program.
@@CJ-ko6my wrote, _"I don't consider him a whistleblower. He has zero first hand knowledge of anything."_ First hand knowledge' isn't a prerequisite to blowing the whistle. Telling things that those in power would rather not be told is the definition of a whistleblower. You seem to be conflating 'truth telling' with 'eyewitness account'. They're not the same thing. Journalists have blown whistles based on testimony from credible, confidential informants so, again, first-hand isn't a prerequisite. You're better served refining your view than you are trying to defend it despite its significant flaws.
@@RichardHarlos I don’t think I’m conflating anything. How do you know he’s telling the truth? Why are you assigning a term like “truth” to his statements without any proof? His statements mirror what dozens of people have claimed publicly for decades and probably millions believe worldwide. Whistleblower is a legal status, nothing more.
I’m so happy to see The Gang back together. To understand that people who once we didn’t vibe with. Who are lost mentally. But somehow some way found a way to put his pieces somewhat together. I hope I see Bryan callen Brenden, Eddie, and Alex Jones’s hopefully joe can have a good time with that roster
Its even scarier when you think that he will still be jailed if the info he knows of is fake. Like when Bob lazar said he was told the craft came from the zeta reticuli star system. ( he said he has no idea if its true, and could be a red herring that would lead to the whistleblower)
I love the argument “the government couldn’t keep that a secret for so long”, as if we all aren’t here literally talking about it openly. It’s one of the worst kept secrets there is.
"It's impossible for the Government to keep secrets." We literally had a hearing with military pilots (who represented many, many fellow military personnel with the same experiences) and a dude with high level clearance who worked on investigating these things for the government saying, under oath, that there are craft that don't fit known human capabilities, with the guy with high level clearance going much further and saying there are organic, non-human specimens and recovered craft, and hardly anyone is freaking out about it, with many completely dismissing it as BS, either as lies or delusions by the individuals or as a government op to distract us. There have been story after story told by military personnel and commercial pilots over decades and no one seems to care. They don't need to be all that secretive about it.
If it weren't for Snowden, we wouldn't know about mass surveillance. The control of the media and threats are more powerful than people realize. If it's true and it goes back to the formation of the CIA the people would have designed everything about it to be compartmentalized and religious levels of dedication to ensuring it stays secret. It's so hard to believe that keeping evidence compartmentalized is easily enough to keep the secret.
I find it interesting that there is an assumption that we would be intelligent enough to see and understand what we are looking at, let alone be able to replicate a fully functioning copy of it. You would need not only engineers but physicists, language and hieroglyph analysts, metallurgists and a hundred years to even have a clue.
Callens been pushing this ish for years. His mega rich dad did a lot of secret shit for the government so of course he has to push the narrative that they tell us everything.
@@mosspiglet8766it’s interesting that you’re saying someone else is assuming then you literally turn around and assume everything we need to comprehend and this has been part of the problem; let’s stop assuming so much. We assume they can’t travel this far, we assume that there’s not even a point in them even coming here, and I could go on. Let’s just take a break on assumptions so much and focus on putting pressure on these journalists to do their job rather than them assuming that it’s nothing to this topic.
They're both arguing each others points unknowingly. They haven't managed to keep it a secret. We're having congressional hearings about it now. Hundreds of people have went on the record about it. What we don't have is access to evidence directly. And THAT is easily kept behind closed doors. To not think that people would be threatened, bullied, harmed and murdered to keep this under wraps as possible is beyond naive.
It’s a serious topic that needs continued legitimate and fact-checked discussions/hearings. I also can’t ignore the fact that the government is probably using the buzz around UAP’s as a smoke show to push other prerogatives
it is amazing how one person combines the statement that human potential is limitless and people can do anything and that it is impossible to listen to all the communication channels of people who know about the existence of aliens...
It's so easy to keep an eye on your own staff. The NSA showed thanks to Snowden that they had no problem doing it to thousands times more people than those who would & would have previously worked on these programs. But the most important thing to remember here is that the people (if it's true that companies like Lockheed are working on this) doing this work are very proud of their work. They want to make that huge breakthrough and after they're gone they're not gonna ruin that possible moment for the next guy.
I had a high level security clearance in the military. Upon leaving I had a 10 year NDA. I honestly didn't have access to 99% of the secrets. If these government operations are real then 100% everyone is on a life NDA.
@@Skateandcreate9 I'd keep that shit secret too if I got shown actual UFO's and beings. I completely understand why the contractors, officials are secret - imagine uncovering that secret being your fucking day job
Something to look at would be what percentage of military or government officials with high security clearance go mysteriously missing. There could be clues there on how far they go to keep things like this secret. The ones that try and talk just vanish maybe?
Had a buddy I served with who was adopted and an only child. Parents were dead and his family had no living relatives. He ended up serving and I was in the same squadron as he was. We had conversations about dream jobs in the USAF, and then one day he was given special orders. The special assignment he got sent him to Nevada. He promised to keep in contact, and he did until about a week later where he then told myself and other Squad members that he has to cut all ties and communication for what he's about to do. He had disappeared. No one that knew him has been able to find him after all these years. All we know is that he said the Janet flights are real, they're not called that officially. And that he was working on some next level stuff.
Actually reminds me of a certain ex-president. Both compulsive liars that are almost always completely wrong and just say whatever their retarded brains come up
he is totally illogical. As an American researcher working on a project for Robert Bigelow Aerospace in Nevada, I learned about the US "UFO" program (Aurora) and their "inertial mass cancelling" technology platforms (see Navy Patent 2018, US10144532B2) I can say from experience, Army Military Intelligence, SEALS, and CIA will harass you and try to destroy your life. They do not outright kill, or at least with me they did not. The MAGESTIC intel level have control (as well as private/public Corporations) - anyway, the tictac is definitely American technology. Just because the government does not acknowledge them, does not mean we have not built them. And those are not even the real aliens.
I read a few books about past life regression sessions from Dolores Cannon and in some stories there were people who in another life lived on other planets and "cars" were sentient and you just sit in it and with your mind you "talk" with the car and move around.. so probably we have Alien Hardware but our mind are limited for communicating with it. and that's also the way I define "Advanced Civilization" (12000 years ago going back) , not advanced with phones and TV, but advanced with their minds
Last summer, around 11pm at night- I’d just gone out into the back garden for a cigarette and I noticed how the sky was fairly clear & the stars were visible. After about 5 minutes, I noticed what I thought was an aeroplane light approaching- it’s light was slightly bigger than what the stars emit, but then I noticed another light following it, then another, then another; all at the same distance. The lights carried in a horizontal pattern over the top of my house and featured around 20/30 lights, all in perfect distance from each other, all going in a straight line. This was no light aircraft as it didn’t make a single noise, so it must have been high up in the atmosphere. I was so confused I literally started rapidly blinking and slapping my head just to make sure I was not tripping out. Sure enough I want, I carried on watching until I noticed the last light on the end of the trail and tried to follow it with my eyes as long as I could until it went over the horizon of the top of my house. Till this day I have been completely stumped by what I saw. There’s no explanation.
Blows my mind there's people out there flat out denying any other explanation and refuting perfectly reasonable reasons not to believe in aliens. There's much more plausible explanation for anything else, yet none for aliens to exist. Also not a single proof.
I've met a ton of people like that and one thing I've learnt is that if they say something about a topic, then the correct is the exact opposite of what they've said
Callen is one of these guys who will sit right across from you, talk about aliens and UFOs, multiple sightings, and credible, eye-witnesses, then tell you it's a secret. His blind spot is breathtaking.
It's one of those things like Sasquatch. There are tons of eye witnesses, sightings, etc. But every photo or video looks like 144p resolution. Lol I'm not saying I don't believe it's possible, but the fact that so many people talking about conspiracies are so stupid doesn't help things any.
4:56 right now while listening to this. My phone that’s playing it is in my pocket , wit a earphone receiving a signal sending words straight to my brain
When you are forced to watch a group of satanic CIA agents ritualistic mutilate a toddler, and reminded they will do the same to your family, you tend to not talk
He's thinking there would be no legal repercussions for blowing the whistle but he must not understand that the people keeping these secrets don't need the law to threaten people's lives. The same people who are keeping this secret have power and money and are not afraid to destory/take lives. They have conditioned people to have a certain response (fear, disbelief, shame, etc) towards this. If you came out as a whistleblower for this stuff, you may be mocked and no matter what evidence you give there will still be some people who dont believe.
That's exactly right. No matter this subject or others that are at this level of security they will do whatever it takes to keep secret. The law doesn't cover anyone in these situations, and everyone working in these areas have a FULL understanding of what that means.
The information does not need to be scary, secret, unbelievable, or even mildy upsetting for people to reject it. All you have to say is "read this", and you've lost them. I can't even get my local cops to read the constitution...or at least not admit it if they have. It is maddening. Most of the info I share is publicly available, so it isn't even hidden, yet I have been called all sorts of crazy by people who never bothered to skim over the material I was directing them to. I recognize that propaganda is involved, so I am not saying they are not intelligent or sensible, but some topics just shut people down, and I find it to be bizarre at the very least. You know, I can kind of understand why people in the know have no interest spreading awareness after a while, and why they refer to most people as sheep. I used to think it was arrogance, but now I see it as self preservation. Some conversations can only guarantee that I will come away frustrated, exhausted, irritated, and will have made zero progress, so why bother? Now I wait for people to show some genuine curiosity, and even then I expect them to draw it out of me if they want to know. I don't argue, convince, persuade, none of it. However, I will humor anyone who asks me the right questions and is tolerable to be around. So, yes, I can easily see how secrets are kept, even by people who aren't good at keeping them. Cheers!
The key word is "almost", it is absolutely impossible for a large group of people to keep quiet about something for a long time. Perhaps Bob Lazar is the only person who has broken the rule, or people only tell close relatives who don't believe them etc. but you really have to jump through a lot of mental hoops to make it possible. If they have thousands of people who know about this, somebody will tell, the question is if anyone takes them seriously or not.
@@OPP_OfficePhobicPoppa100k and a pool? Would you also give sweet mouth love for a half smoked cigarette and a $2 scratch off? ITS ALIENS YOU HAVE TO TELL EVERYBODY!

We can’t trust our government for shit so why would they release this information now on UFOs to the public when it’s been a secret for so long??This is what they want in America. They want us divided and distracted by UFOs and entertainment, and the News. They want us fighting one another because of race, politics and religion, they don’t want us all coming together as one, seeing through the bullshit our governments is playing on us day in and day out, there’s a reason they call it Government (Govern -the mental) they are controlling our minds through a mass MK ultra experiment, wake up people we need to start loving one another and standing up against the real evil in this country and it’s those demonic tyrants who rule over us…
Anytime Bryan Callan is on I avoid the episode. He is super annoying and not worth the time. I don't know why Joe has him on constantly. Other than being a conspiracy theorist, a bad one at that.
Back in the 80’s the government had developed GPS tracking for any underwater weapons. One of the guys I work with now was a navy diver who was working on it’s development. This was 20 years before it became available to the public. There’s no telling what technology the government has.
GPS cannot work underwater. GPS works off radio signals. Which cannot travel through water. Water is a conductor and therefore absorbs radio waves. You're full of it
They had those targeted atomizer gun things in the mid 50's at least. I heard a retired military guy say he worked on it, and said he knew right away when those presidents were being taken out, it was those guns.
Yes, and they could even organise it so that the government forgets what it knows. Good example is a certain type of aerogel used in thermonuclear weapons.
That was definitely spoken by someone that has never had a security clearance; much less a Top Secret. Whatever agency, branch, etc you are working with/for will at the minimum have you go through yearly training and refreshers that remind you of the penalties you’d face if you leaked any classified information as well as you agreeing to the terms they’ve put in place.
What amazes me is these folks think that it would be classified as top secret. A TS clearance wouldn't get you in the building let alone access to a room with this information.
agreed....clearances are all separate anyway...not like there is one person who just has access to every top secret file...some of that stuff is permanently locked and even asking can get you a disappearance lottery ticket lol

There's a simple reason why the governments of the world wouldn't tell the public about alien life......religion. If they came out and said that aliens do exist then that would disprove every religion and you would have literally billions of religious nuts from all faiths going into a lunatic rage. There would be global scale riots, probably human sacrifices, mass suicides. On second thought, yeah.....they should come out and admit that aliens exist. Fuck it
No. Individual human stupidity is what has made the people who didn't know it, not know it.They don't get to blame any government's occasional weak press denials and cover stories, when OTHER NOBODIES DID MANAGE TO KNOW. They didn't know it because their brains did something stupid: a) feeling something was "hard to believe" for NO logical, factual reason whatsoever, just a dumb gut feeling that stands up to no scientific scrutiny, and b) deciding that they they weren't going to bother looking into the data that those of us WHO HAVE KNOWN FOR YEARS found in the public domain, because that dumb primitive FEELING (ontological shock) was mistaken for evidence that it was objectively unlikely, despite logical analysis making it highly plausible if not predictable that advanced ETs would be interacting with and have bases in or near this planet by now. Their lack of curiosity caused them not to find all the data that the people who've known all this time found. And that lack of curiosity was caused by a) and b) which are both psychological flaws, a specific type of stupidity. Call these people out, they need to hear that this is the real reason they didn't already know, so that they can start to fix their broken epistemology before they harm more people than they've already harmed.
Who said " THEY " want it to be a secret in the first place ? Its all by design, well crafted events to spook the masses for what's coming. If covid was hard for people to think critically guess what's going to happen when this so called " invasion "happens. People are going to go full retard
That is the most efficient way of "keeping it a secret". Hide it in plain sight. As I said, the US govt. didn't even acknowledge it until a few years back that it has a base at Area 51 despite everyone knowing about it.
Bryan is SEEEERIOUSLY underestimating how willing those with sensitive information are to stay quiet, when theres a gun pointed at you and your family by a group of powerful people who dont answer to anyone . . .
I wonder how many are filtered out by the surveillance state because they want disclosure. The remaining whistle blowers are ridiculed or muzzled, many in silence, but some are made an example of. Then there is a lot of misinformation spread via agents who are placed all over the community. Even if the truth leaks out here and there, it is impossible to have a clear view. So yeah.. they've learned
Joe Rogan, you should have Richard Doty in your show. A retired US Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) agent. Used be a counterintelligence agent at Groom Lake Area 51.
Bryan is definitely dead wrong, as many people have already mentioned in the comments. He has never heard of a Non-Disclosure Agreement apparently. Maybe the TV shows he has been on never required one. A NDA for a Top Secret clearance is pretty extensive regarding what you can and can't do, and there is clear punishment for violating the NDA. Depending on what you are working on you would have multiple NDA's as well. You get the initial NDA for your Top Secret clearance, then as you get read on to Special Access Programs you get a separate NDA for each one of those (also google "Top Secret clearance caveats). As far as "people retiring and moving on" or whatever he said, yeah well the NDA's associated with that level of information usually have a lifetime term. The NDA will only become void if the government declassifes the information associated with that. It doesn't matter if you're no longer with the agency or branch or contract company or whatever you signed the NDA with anymore, it will apply forever regardless. You can be 80 years old retired and if you disclose information expect FBI to drop by.
He is always wrong. Not sure why Joe keeps having him on. He's like a retarded friend you have to help around or something. Jesus. Whenever someone overuses the words "right?" and "the idea that" you can always tell they are "The Intellectual Yet Idiot" type, as per Taleb.
I would think that if you are terminally ill you wouldn't give a fuck about breaching an NDA or clearance. I'd think deathbed revelations would be more common.
The NDA I had to sign to build radars for L3 was a 50 year agreement, so by the time that's over you are either dead, forgot or don't care anymore. So if an 80 year old came out with a Polaroid pic from the 70's he would be dismissed anyways, so why would they come out and say anything. Callen wrong once again.
1:17 Wouldn't the UFO Sighting have ramped up when we started testing the Nuclear Bombs not necessarily when the bombs dropped during WWII? I'm assuming the military began testing well before dropping the bombs.

I'm a retired US Air Force ELINT Analyst. I was fortunate enough to have worked on the SR-71 Blackbird program and other sensitive reconnaissance systems. Later in my career I was read into a SAP - Special Access Program black project. It was/is an extremely sensitive program that has not, yet, in the last 20 years been revealed. Not a peep! So yes our government is quite good at keeping secrets. Especially secrets that have serious consequences if revealed. Brian is most definitely wrong.
Callen is such an arrogant, smug, know it all. He's constantly embarrassing himself trying to defend the government and intelligence agencies. Maybe because his dad is a CFR member.
@evansfanily7510 I can not and will not reveal it. It's not been declassified and I can see no reason why it should be. There are many super sensitive and critical military programs that are extremely important for national defense and security. Perhaps one day, when national security is no longer of extreme importance in the world, these highly sensitive and secretive programs will be revealed. Either that or technological advances make them obsolete.
I'd be down to see that fore sure! Hell I'm excited to see the Hancock Dibble debate if is still happening!! But to add i don't like Bryan at all mainly because I have a deep hatred for stupid people and his thoughts on the US government being able to keep this secret is ignorant at the least! Him saying that he would go let the world know what a DA he obviously hasn't looked into what the government can do to people if they want to make you disappear make your ss birth certificate and all your belongings disappear ect. Ect.. so his take is crazy dumb.
Everything Bryan is saying right now is currently happening… there was literally just a open whistleblower trial with multiple government officials speaking on the existence of these things
Baa Baaaaa Ba- oh shit I thought this was a sheep gathering in the replies. Oops. How many thousands of people have to give up their lives for these people to believe them? Probably when the gun is to their head will they finally understand, but it'll be too late.

the answer was all there. such secrets have never been kept because people have come out and told everyone . Dismissing a poorly kept secret that's obviously gotten out is the harder task.

They CAN keep secrets! I worked with an ex military guy back in the mid 90's that worked on instrumentation on military jets/planes. We were talking one day about how cool the F117A stealth fighter was, he looked me straight in the eye and said "That's old technology, there will be things that come out someday that you won't believe". Yes, secrets CAN be kept, I've witnessed it!
