While the two are glad to see that the team addressed some holes on offense, Perry wonders if they could've been more aggressive in moving around the draft to target better prospects.

They should've probably taken a real LT instead of making a RT swap, and passed up some good rbs still left instead of the guard in the 4th. Only complaints since if the LTs still suck and if Mondre get hurt again we have nobody.

It’s what they do it wouldn’t matter what they did it would be wrong. This offense is not going to be fixed in one offseason. It’s going to take time. The only thing I did not like is they did not take elite players when given the opportunity Cooper Dejean was a top ten pick on some draft boards and the Patriots could have had an elite prospect

And several analysts ranked Wallace above Suamataia. That's a specific evaluator call--that's just you saying your evaluation is better. The team gets to make that call on two guys that close.

Phil, c'mon. "Could you have done a little bit more to trade up?" It takes two to trade. This sounds like something a fan says. Witness the Bills willing to trade with the Chiefs but not NE. Every team/trade is different.

It’s going to take about it 3 good drafts before we see a legit playoff team, we can try to get a top WR next year we just need to build a cure right now. Plus we never know if one of the WR Will turn out to be Great

Nobody knows how anyone is going to do.Any of the Top 3 QB’s could be boom or bust.That goes for any player,it all has to do with fit,and how well these guys adapt and learn the systems.I really get irritated with all the negative comments from the “Experts”.Brady went in the 6th round,nobody wanted him.I remember all the talk about Rick Mirer and Ryan leaf in their drafts,not to mention how Aaron Rodgers fell behind Alex Smith. I think if these guys(Pats picks)learn the system and put in the work,don’t bother with the Social Media nonsense and just prepare,they’ll end up being solid picks.Maybe even turn into a Playoff caliber team in 3 years or so.

still they were offered a frigging shopping spree for crying out loud and they refused it just to take the 3rd best option. that has to sit for a couple years because he's raw. penix wasn't even the 3rd option and yet he can play day one. Yes they earned the 3rd pick but they need a lot of help one draft simply isn't going to fix all these problems. they could have been right back in contention starting next year. at this rate it could take 4 to 5 years. sometimes you need to show restraint and maximize every pick you get. picking in the top 4 isn't a definite you will find the greatest player of all time being from NE you should know that. because the majority of players taken high believe they have already made it.

The Patriots took Wallace over arguably the best Guard in football Cooper Beebe. He used Tvondre Sweat as a rag doll. Whoever made the choices on OL should be fired. Beebe will be an All Pro.

“Did the smart thing by drafting the QB at 3 overall” but goes on to say they have no LT and no #1 WR 😂 Drake Maye was already a project and he is set up to fail in this situation. The right thing would’ve been drafting MHJ or Joe Alt. High ceiling, high floor guys…you can’t afford missing at 3…Maye’s floor could not be lower and his situation makes it all the more likely his floor is realized rather than his perceived ceiling…

Mac went to a pro bowl with Nelson Ahglor as his WR1, imagine somebody like MHJ and a great LT. I don’t think Mac is great or anything or would win you Super Bowl, but I do think they would be better as a team if they went this route.

Wtf are you smoking? Drake Maye is the best QB in this draft. This wasn't a one year rebuild so wtf were you hoping for? They just secured their franchise QB and picked up two good recievers and a decent lineman.
