Could This Ban Snowbirds From Favourite RV Parks? 

We interview Dyana Kelley, President and CEO of the California Outdoor Hospitality Association on the upcoming legislation that could block snowbirds from booking their favourite RV Resorts. And what we can do about it.
SRT: Does that mean that if I have three favourite RV parks, and I stay at each one and then come home, that I can't go back to those RV parks for a full 12 months, so I actually miss the next winter season? Is that right?

Yes, that is the potential.
A California Assemblyman is attempting to introduce legislation that will prevent Snowbirds from returning to their favourite RV Park for a full year. This will prevent RVers from booking the following season at their favourite time of year.
