Bought one for my wife in October. She just does Facebook and web browsers. I don't think they can replace gaming computers yet, but for simple purposes, they are great. It's kind of like no need for grandma to have a 100k dollar car to go to church on Sunday.
you missed 4 tiny screws inside, in each corner holding the rest of the system in there. i have a blink 5800H. Before you go pulling the blower off, see if they use liquid metal, or be prepared to replace liquid metal
This would be a great device for a NAS or a Media Server if you upgrade the RAM and storage (You could even add external drives if you want more than can fit inside or you don't want to open it up).
Love your channel, due to your tallents. Hoping you get better soon young man. that little machine was inpresive but doesn't mean that I would want one.
I want to see an ASUS CSM build with those old school green pcb's, I love that old look and check out the features of them out of the box...best warranty out there too I think 36 months...that's awesome, not to mention how they are built, we all had a PC that lasted for 2 decades with one of these corporate boards because everything was basically geared towards business...and they never died...20 year old thermal paste....LETS GO...lol, really those these are cool boards and perform amazing, the black ones are cool too and have rgb headers...on a corporate board lol! The bios is totally customizable too which is cool for builders if a customer wants a no brainer set it and forget it pc... #doit!
Green board in one those thermaltake tower series has a green version that would match almost exactly and matching aio colors and all...that'd be hot look like a borg cube brah.. =)
I really wish mini pc manufacturers made it easier to access the CPU cooling part of the pc. That fan will get dusty pretty soon and the thermal paste will sooner or later get very dry and need replacement. Making it very hard or impossible to access it means I will never really buy one. Plus I have zero money, but you know what I mean.
Stick it under your dash. Add a 10" screen with a mini wireless keyboard and watch "Worst Driver" videos at 70mph....*>) HTPC would be a geat use for this little booger.
