at 1:45 into the video, you show an EV with battery cathode labelled +ve and anode -ve. Is this the current correct naming convention? I remember my physics class many years ago with anode as +ve.

About 50y ago, one could take a stack of NiCd rechargeable batteries, hook them up to a 33MHz receiver, and fly a radio-controlled "battery powered plane". This was 50y ago. Before veganism was hip. Before the ozone hole. The "could" was answered 50y ago. The question today is "should". The answer hasn't (yet) changed.

Electricity is indirectly produced from fissile fuels; your taking all the fissile fuel that is being burned by all the other applications and applying it to the main source where it comes from now. Ah yes, because nuclear reactors, hydro dams, solar panels, wind turbines, geothermal plants nor anything else on the face of the planet doesn't produces electricity.

unless the battery is in mass production these types of videos can do more damage then good please be aware of scams new technology can bring to general public

Well currently with lithium ion batteries Canada has put in an order for 30 hybrid planes with a Swedish company that can have zero emissions for the first few hundred kms. So it is possible to achieve and with more advancements in energy density with more common elements, it can only be better.
