Last exercise looks fire but I'm afraid of looking like a weirdo doing this down the gym. I already feel like I look crazy doing farmer walks down the gym 🤣🤣
I was using FST-7 Hany's Rambod calves program 3 times per week and i swapped the 2nd time with yours for 4 months... feels even better at the end of every week, so god bless you bro!!

I have bad osteoarthritis in my right knee and I'm already atarting to see my muscle mass in right leg lower and upper os massively declining. 😢😭😭😭 Ita actually visibly uneven at this point and I've always had naturally full and well developed and defined calves. So ive been looking for ways to balance out and gain back my right calf. Definitely needed to strengthen my ankle and foot 1st. But exciting to implement these moves!
Love your calves but... I feel like you have to encourage urself a lot to do those 2 exercises at the gym 😂😂. (Death stairs and the walking one) Nice vid tho.
i sold my car 2 years ago and walk about 15-20 miles a day (too and from work , and working at work) and your calf's are poor in comparison. best thing you can do is just be active . your body will adapt.
