Couldn't be simpler! Mustard and ham rolls! The combination of mustard and ham in these rolls is amazing! The spicy tang of mustard in this appetizer pleasantly surprised me! Such an appetizer would also be perfect for a guys' night with beer or just for everyday snacking!

Ingredients:
puff pastry - 250-300 g
mustard - 50 g
ham - 150 g
toast cheese - 140 g
mozzarella - 150 g
egg - 1
Sauce:
butter - 30 g
flour - 25 g
milk - 300 ml
nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
mixed pepper - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
parmesan - 30 g
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (355°F) for 20 minutes.
