It is the Taj Mahal and decoration on the building itself is replete with inlaid coloured stone designs That would be a souvenir piece as there are stonemason work shops all around with skills passed down the generations to keep on top of the repairs but also to sell souvenirs A very impressive place visit It is a mausoleum and surprisingly small inside just housing two tombs You can’t go inside only look through a grill but at dawn the building takes on a lovely hue and I was lucky enough to visit when there weren’t so many visitors A fabulous 50th birthday trip combining India and Jordan, so I also got to see Petra

Goodwill is doing way too much where the prices are concerned. They put the good stuff on eBay and put the damaged stuff on the shelves. For a non collector or non reseller like me I might as well buy new or yard sales.

That candle was amazing!! What a good bunch of finds. My best recent treasure is a huge Tonala pottery cat with the most upset expression painted into his face! He's extremely stinky (smoke) so he's been exiled to the shed for a bit till he's tolerable. I've named him Geoffrey.

I found a Wendal August Forge trivet at my local thrift store today....I knew what it was immediately,so,I slyly grabbed it from under a hideous plastic bowl,slipped it my basket,then nonchalantly went to the register,paid $1.99 and probably looked sketchy as I swiftly walked out of the door,yes,I shamelessly did a happy dance when safely in my car😂😀😳

I like it when you give an estimated value on an item. That just educates me a little bit more. But a lot of times you are able to buy something and make a profit on an item whereas if I bought the same item I would only be able to sell it for what you bought it for 🤣

When I worked at a mountain ski resort many years ago, we used that same silverware in our high end restaurant. They looked really pretty displayed on the tables:)
