Sir I have few doubts: (Hope u will answer) 1)Is proportionality constant in coloumb law is only dielectric constant? 2)In induced sphere , after some time how it becomes uncharged as some net charge is still left though less in quantiy ? 3)As u told us that there is no repulsion or attraction btw an uncharged body and a charged body. Why so this is not clr as charged scale even attracts uncharged small bits of paper? 4) If Amber is rubbed with plastic then from which body electron will transform to other?
