The best video to play behind when looking back at old photos with a cup of coffee, tears welling in your eyes, recollecting the times when everyone you knew are younger, fresher and happier and you are not aware of the sad parts of life.
More like a Thursday summer afternoon, kind of hot and the sun is right in your eyes. You know you have to go to work tomorrow, but at least its friday.
Weirdly enough, I always associate this theme with Christmas, not sure why…but it’s a bit of a tradition to listen to it now and again during the season!
Playing through X and Y once again, my first and favorite game in the series. I’ve heard it said that the theme of beauty was emphasized during the creation of these games, and I fully understand their ambition when reflecting upon this song. Kalos will forever be the best in my heart, with soothing music and great beauty. This game is putting me in the holiday spirit, and I hope others share the same love I have for these games.
I beg to differ tbh. I think the game had a lot of love and thought. People overlook it bc it was the transition to 3D and people were unsure about that. Genuinely, I’m convinced if it came out in the pixel era, people would generally like it more. The story follows SUCH a similar pacing to DP it’s eerie; yet one is regarded as one of the best and one is hated.
@@kieraneustace2875 I take back what I said, it’s been a year or so since I made that comment lol. X and Y definitely has a lot of strengths and weaknesses. I was probably referring to how easy the game is (not as many puzzles/dungeons as previous games, experience share, etc). And probably also the undeveloped characters. But the visuals and soundtrack were gorgeous, those were things to remember about X and Y
@@xDagra Yeah the more times I replay it I see the things I missed before. They hand A LOT of random starters and things to you but it's still a beutiful game. Surely better than the currnet ones lol.
I just realized how this sounds like a lot of themes from Sun and Moon. They must have taken inspiration from this theme when writing SM's soundtrack. It's incredibly beautiful.
@@astuart2282 I'd guess that it's a "Green Grove getting repurposed as Windy Valley" kind of situation; taking a track that might not have been as appreciated as it should've been in its original appearance, and using it in a new way.
I just played Pokémon X for the first time, but when I entered this town... The theme immediately made me feel in all the most heartbreakingly nostalgic ways. What a beautiful piece really, maybe one day I will find out what other theme this one reminds me so much of
Like other stated it's Jazz. In fact this song has always reminded me of the trumpet Solo from Chicago's "Introduction" song ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-19gCLq-Zmnw.html You might also like "Naima", and "Central Park West" both songs by John Coltrane who was one of the most amazing Jazz players of all time
