Susie Dent didn't become resident lexicographer until I think after the show returned following Richard's death - before that it switched between others from Oxford University Press, including Susie, or the production crew.

@@davidcuthbertson9685 Damian Eadie and Mark Nyman sometimes did DC, Damian Eadie hated it apparently, Michael Wylie covered Susie when she was Ill but they are the only 3 contestants that have been producers and the ocassional Lexicographers.
