The only place in this country that can set limits on the Citizen running for President is the United States Constitution. FDR is the 1st President that didn't just walk away after the end of their 2nd term. He was nominated and won 4 times. 3 full 4 year Terms of Service and a Heart attack just over 3 months into his 4th. He is the reason for the 22nd Amendment, there is more to it than just that, look it up. That is actually the reason the Supreme Court shut down claiming Section 3 of the 14th Amendment regarding Trump by a State. How it applies to the President and Vice-president is not defined anywhere in the Constitution. If we ever again get a SANE House of Representatives and Senate, we have to amend the Constitution and do it. Classic examples are filing Articles of Impeachment, it only requires a simple majority of 1 in the House of Representatives to file the charges with the Senate, but it requires a 2/3rds Super Majority in the Senate to remove them. Transferring all rights, powers and authorities of the President to the Vice-president and keeping them there care of Section 4 of the 25th Amendment requires a 2/3rds Super Majority in BOTH Houses of Congress. How they apply are both defined in the Constitution and they are not the same.

I hope i can say this right. But as a kid in the 60s i did say to myself when i would listen to Dr. King speak, that one day in my lifetime there would be a black President. I'm really upset that possibly two women in my family are voting for Trump over Harris. They also hold on to this negative attitude toward the Biden/Harris campaign, and there's no changing their minds. I’m so proud of Ruwa Roman! We went to uni together and she was just as open and eloquent then as she is now. I’m so proud that she represents my county. I wish she had had the opportunity to speak, as both a Palestinian-American and as a Georgia representative.
