You're an inspiration in business Jay. I bought a hoodie and a signed poster from you back when you were completing and I was broke as heck at university. Fast forward nearly 15 years and you're still killing it and I've now made enough money to buy my mother her house and secure her. Greetings JAY!! Love this Jay walking format!! For your VHS tapes, start taking them out and just playing them, if you don't play the magnetic tapes they actually lose there content. So just setup a tv with the VCR somewhere and just start running them through( maybe get a company to change them over to DVD/Digital media) Also hold onto those CD's and DVD's, a lot of content is going off the Internet and physical media will be worth good money. Another great video with you guys. When I started doing bodybuilding (that was the only expression for the "sport") in 1984, there was no music in the gym. But the sound of iron plates hitting each other was awesome, we also talked a lot more to each other, made it an environment where I felt welcome....I miss the 80íes and first part og 90´ies gym...old man talking☺
I'm looking forward to the video in lift factory and other gyms.i remember a few years ago I found all my cassette tapes and tried to play them, ruined I guess they got to hit in storage so I had to throw them all away
We love the videos, and i don't see it the way with music and wind. Many of us are thankful you share so much with us, and its a privilege that you allow us to be part of your lives. Not as in fans, but it makes us feel as friends and We help each other. Gyms and landscapers as well as you guys shouldnt have to worry about catering to the "perfect" video and working around that stuff. We understand you monetize these, as you should and am glad you do! The content and editing you guys are doing are great, thank you for what you share and provide.
Jay, “be kind, rewind”! I love when you reminisce. Blockbuster trips were the best. I still have hundreds of CDs in bins myself……can’t get rid of them. Used to use a portable CD player in a fanny pack at the gym!

Jay talks about how every ad on youtube is a political ad I guess it's kind of nice, as a Canadian, I haven't seen a single one. I'm not even sure if during Canadian elections I saw a single one on youtube (on tv, yes they're are Canadian political ads (and by unions), even sometimes get the odd american political ad during american elections)

I still have a big beast TV that has a VHS and a DVD in it . The TV comes in handy when i use it to watch my old bodybuilding contest on the VHS’s and DVD’s . Another good Jay walking guys thanks.
We had a video store called Jumbo Video and my buddy Joe and I would rent videos at 12:02 AM because it was like we got to keep them for an extra day. It was like we found a loophole. We would rent videos together, then trade videos with each other and get even more bang for our buck. Yes, the late fees on videos were murder. Another good Jay walking video, Thanks guys for more great content, was a nice surprise on a Saturday. Looking forward to hearing who your picks are for this year's Olympia.

RU-vid creators should be able to make deals with soundcloud artists to use their music in the videos, creating a mutually beneficial relationship for both parties. Soundcloud artists get recognition and exposure and RU-vid creators use real music and support independent music.

I understand the monetization thing, also I know youtube is really aggressive when it comes to marking the "id" on music used on videos (the only exception when something is so obscure that nobody will know it). for most of us it doesn't matter because it's almost impossible to have a channel big enough to get monetized, but if you are monetized it's a pain in the @$$ (and this is why i don't mind if people have to overdub the audio in videos with music)
