Sir I don't know what you tube algorithm is upto ... whenever I opened my yt to see something on physiology only some channels pop up that I already know but why your channel doesn't come in feed 😔 ...I 'm grateful after a long time somehow I found this channel .. ...I wish u happiness and success
Thanks a lot for such a lovely comment. I think at least now YT algorithm will look into it😊. M glad u found my channel. I wish u successs in your exams. Do share my videos among your friends as well juniors.
Medicine third yr PG here watching ur videos for Basic science university paper.Superb explanation sir.Today only i got a clarity about counter current multiplier and exchanger
Really helped me a lot...i am having my physio xm tomorrow....i dont studies for past one yr but somehow i found ur yt channel .....hope success for ur yt channel....may be ur subscribers are low now but we all love to be ur family never loss hope..... and by the way pl pray for my exams😅
Got the perfect explanations from you sir... Thank you for making our exams less fearful.... ❤❤ Request you to make the videos of some other hard and long topics
7:22 Sir, Less osmolar fluid contains higher amount of water and Vice versa( conc. of ions is remaining same in that part) . So in 7:22 , I think water should move from 200 to 400 mosmol/L ... And sir, according to you, if 200 mosmol/L is getting more water...then its osmolarity should decrease further...as osmolarity is inversely proportional to vol of water. Please 🙏 clear this doubt sir... Btw sir, your explanation and content are top notch 👌 🤩🙏..
But the ascending limb is impermeable to water. When osmolarity is decreased in descending limb, as u said, water moves from descending limb into interstitium, because descending limb is permeable to water and not to ions.
Sir, at 6:40 , u hv mentioned water moves out to interstitium from descending limb till the equilibrium reached. If water is going out, why interstitium osmolarity is not decreasing as its water is increasing here. Can u explain, please. And sir, ur videos are awesome.
Water is going to move till equilibrium is reached. And equilibrium is reached till the concentration in descending limb is 400. That's what osmosis is...isn't it ?
I have same doubt sir since water is moving to interstitium from des limb by osmosis why interstitium osmolarity is not decreasing since its receiving water
Remember at the same time ions move out from ascending loh into interstitium which counteracts the water from descending loh moving into interstitium so osmolarity doesnt decrease
@6:20 when the water from descending limb of LOH Is coming out into medullary interstitium how can its concentration be still 400mosml/lt,,,it decreases ryt as water comes in ,ig the equilibrium attained would 350 -350 in descending and interstitium 😐
