Zilongs true counter is the mage heroes that can stun or immobilize zilong and have high magic burst ability, zilong is very squishy to high magic burst in the late game.
@@hongkinhopong2920 zilong vs argus same skill level player, Argus would win. I mained zilong and sometimes I would steamroll argus in my lane, other times I would struggle
@@hongkinhopong2920 My Zilong was 18th in the world rank, and Argus and Freya (fighters) are my 2 weakness. Argus always trigger me with his first and 2nd skill, and if he use petrify (most of global Argus player use this when facing Zilong), I will definitely die while Argus keep hitting me inside my tower with his ultimate. And it was almost impossible to face Freya from early to late game, like ☠️☠️. Top Freya players know how to activate her skills and passive.
Nah pick tank, tanks are mostly good counters for zilong in early, mid, and late game, although if you encounter pro zilong users with high damage + inspire then thats a problem
I think it is ez counter in solo rank :()) in a team-Ranking 3-5 players there are many ways to counter , And the most important is your gaming level😅😅
As a support main I would say Baxia. Esmeralda can also counter Angela's shield. Natalia and Helcurt mainly because if they kill them first (Rafaela or Angela) because they have a high burst damage with silence. Items are Seal Halberd, Necklace of Durance, and Dominance Ice.
I'm a zilong player with 1k match. All the counter heros in this video are correct but I don't have problem with Freya and Chou. Their counter items are all I need ;).
kinda agree to Belerick only. Freya and Chou aren't actually the counter tho, only if u a good player. Also people that uses Zilong are mostly went for objective
As a Freya user, in Late game depends, if they camp me, usually I die before use my ulti, I need to get 1 item of denfense, to not be insta kill by that thing
shesh I agree with Freya and belrick but in my case Chou is never my counter when I use zilong...I always give one shot to Chou in mid early and late game too

Even if hypotetically you reach lategame, you think they just gonna let you do as you want? Mm has Wind of Nature, Mages has Winter Truncheon (the thing that freezes the user upon activation), Full damage chou literally 1 shot (in the video he shows a very bad use of chou skills by using the first skill openly like that, too bad he is facing bot) lategame war zilong usually die first after commiting to a kill, 1 or 2 and he is dead.
Well, its a 1v1 situation, and the Zilong is out in the open, which defeats the whole purpose of his gameplay. Zilong: push, then dip, look for a good place to set up ambush, if its a tank, get out, if not, then burst it to oblivion, then dip, then go for another lane, push, and repeat the cycle. That's a Zilong gameplay if there's no teamfight. If there is one, he will stay outside of everyone's view, checking the situation from a far, and when every enemy used their CCs, Heals/Shields/Revive, Spells, Damage Reflect/Invulnerable/Untargetable or high-burst skills... that's when he appears, and wipe out everybody. That's Zilong in a nutshell. He is not the best at 1v1, or initiating a teamfight, but he is the best at ambushes, one-shotting, and clean-up, at least, for a melee champ. He is not as complicated and complex to use like other Assassins mechanically. Using Zilong is more about your positioning, timing, knowing your limit, and patience.
As a zilong main 350 matches 63% winrate She counters zilong in early game if she starts freezing lane then zilong can't farm but as the game reaches late zilong can melt any exp laners with inspire.
And mages are just foods even without inspire and many pick gusion as jungler I melt gusion so quickly in late game. I just wait game to reach late then I melt any not tanks.
TBH literally everyone can counter Zi Long in early game. All Zi long can do before getting his core items is turret camp or hunting low hp heroes. he is not durable or powerful enough to dominate in the early game.
locked item zilong is scary. counter is to not let him reach that. zilong has a hard time in the early game with hilda in the exp lane. as long as you can deny zilong the farm, he wont reach his end game potential. then its bonus round. ive fought many zilong with my hilda in the exp lane and i pretty much dominated most of them all thru the game. never let zilong farm.
So i maybe fought you before once cuz i was a zilong user trying to farm to gain my late game power but thia hilda keeps disturbing, is this is you the one i fought with before please reply on this message😊
@@josephinesalvador3696 im not sure. 😅 I wouldnt remember. But id always wait in the bush. Letting the zilong know which bush so he wouldnt go near. Whenever he does, id trade blows with him. Doesnt matter if he pulls me in the tower. As long as i damage him. Coz hilda has great sustain. Zilong doesnt.
