Swap characters............... Just kidding, try to perdict where they are going while staying in cover, also try leading them into enclosed areas to get easier shots. One more thing your mine is your best friend use it to avoid them or to jump up and attack them mid air
Go after the people supporting the pharah and echo (from the ground) and it makes it harder for them to exist, I only go for pharah/echo if I am confident I can take them out of the sky and they don't expect it haha
