Me as a Canadian: (expects Canada to say "The Handmaiden's Tale" and a gag involving the US and Canada giving each other funny looks to follow)... "Anne of Green Gables", oh right... that old chestnut. I suppose that fits Canadaball's wholesome vibe. Makes sense but it really seems like it's mostly the CBC and foreign tourists in PEI who are really obsessed with Anne. We've got so many other good authors.
@@idcgaming518 eh nz has a lot of scottish influence and i literally live in a city called dunedin, so i guess thats where our deep fried moro bar comes from
Who doesn't a good compilation of cg balls labelled with the flags of various nations doing stereotypical and humourous things that we've watched before? seriously though these are good
Taj Mahal is not actually a palace, it's a mausoleum\tomb.The 'Mahal' word was taken from The name of Shah Jahan's wife 'Mumtaz Mahal' and 'Taj' signified it's top which was shaped like crowns of Sultans known as 'TAJ'. The mughals used the word Mahal in any building that was having a well maintained palace like garden and was atleast 3 storey. Also Mahal was a maiden name for many muslim girls during that time, and mughal era poets used to compare a palace's beauty with a girl in mind, so the word 'MAHAL' became synonymous with Large gardened buildings, even if the building was a tomb such as Akbar's tomb was known as Akbar Mahal and Babur's tomb was known as Babur Mahal, and Taj Mahal is situated between these tombs.
@@auduauduauduauduaudu1803 It's always good to know the truth. Think of it in this way Hitler is as popular as a celebrity for his crimes but a person who doesn't knows what he has done might think him a good human. In India he is popular for two reasons 1) He met with Netaji Subhash chandra Bose. 2) For his world wide crimes during WW2. Similarly Taj Mahal shall also be famous for its symbol of eternal love of Shah Jahan for his wife Mumtaz and not just as a part of 7 wonders or a architectural marvel. There's a famous quote by Walter Benjamin "every monument of a civilisation is also a monument of Barbarism". Similarly there's an famous story of Taj Mahal that Shah Jahan after building the Taj Mahal had cut the thumbs of the labours so that they will never be able to create something like that again and Taj Mahal will be only one in the world. Also often people say it's an ivory masterpiece but the reality is it's made of large block of Marvel brought from Persia and Punjab with precious and semi precious stones brought from all around the world which are carved in the interior along with quotes from Quran and personal quotes of Shah Jahan engraved in the walls.
I adore the fact that it shows how the general world views America as that guy who we all think is a showboat but there's an attraction to them aswell.
Idea: If the US wins another “countries scaled by,” all the Countryballs used in the channel, gang up on him, and smack him with whatever they make best
I wouldn't wanna get hit with a teabag, baseball bat, baguette, crazy Indian stunt, Chinese and Japanese swords or whatever, a boomerang, a lazer kiwi, and a football. USA better watch out.
It overrated we have great ancient temples and palaces, forts, mostly Rajasthan and south India, south Indian that's why complain that tajmahal is North if that was in south ,India have ignore it promote that ancient south Indian temples if they were in North who never get destroyed was since thousands of years older than most country, many civilization. India promote tajmahal bcz 2200 Indian hand was chopped off so they don't make another tajmahal 😂it's bitter reminder for them.
@5:35 I love how UKBall gets told that he's only 5th in number of English speakers, with USBall, IndiaBall, and NigeriaBall all chiming in as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, respectively.
Hello, animators. Are you going to upload something new tomorrow (not compilation videos)? Because I have already watched all of your videos and I really like your animations! I hope more characters will come in future
There are two stories regarding the *discovery of tea* *CHINA* that they were boiling water and accidentally the tea leaves fell into the boiling water giving it a nice taste 2) *INDIA* that Bhodidarma(a monk/saint) from india cut of his eyelids and teaplants grew ☘️. *From actually the 1st one is true*
The weather machine one was all wrong we have Alaska so we would be used to the cold and we have Florida and Arizona which is the equivalent of living in and oven and living in a microwave
I wonder if you could improve the country balls appearance by making the bands procedural and only using textures for the details? And maybe have an artist make custom textures for the flags that have lots of details like the USA flag in order to remove the distortion?
I feel like you keep using the same and stereotypical countries; would be nice to see a wider variety of countries in these videos, other than that these videos are great and funny
As for that 2nd one, I’m pretty sure the hottest recorded temp ever was recorded in Death Valley, CA. I don’t really think the U.S. would have too much of a problem with heat.
Fun fact: the Taj Mahal is a palace that was built by an Indian emperor/king (I can’t remember which) he built it for his wife and that is where her body rests to this day his body is also buried with hers in the Taj Mahal, so technically India’s most famous landmark is a grave
The Statue of Liberty WAS made by France and it was made for Egypt BUT they did not want it SO they gave it to the USA as a memory of their independence in 1776
In my country the Philippines we have: Dessert: Halo Halo Books: Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo Monument: Torre de Manila. I mean, Rizal Monument. 🤣😅🤪🇵🇭
Taj Mahal is not a palace , it's a mausoleum It is built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal It shows that how much he loved her
Also chopped off 2200 workers hand too(mostly was only bread winner in family), after telling them they make best things in world by any living human ever in history ever have made by human being, and bcz tajmahal North Indian state was suffering from Bankruptcy and poverty, he spend money like water for tajmahal at cost of normal public, that why he hated by public.
If you ever watch Canadian television there is almost always one televised version of Anne of Green gables that’s airing on CBC. We’ve got like 60 of them
As a Canadian I'm a bit disappointed we were not part of the dessert comparison. We have the best hands down. Some examples, Nanaimo bar, butter tarts, beaver tail, sugar pie, pouding chomeur(which is a type of pudding cake and is a life changer).
