The hot oil for the marinade was a nice touch. It essentially seals everything (the seasoning as a whole) together w/o cooking it. I never thought to try doing something like that. Spot on with your technique.

Just a suggestion when you used to insert grapda's voice while mentioning the names of ingredients and mix well was so good. Please consider this request
