This is lovely. I'll take either the "Novello House" or the " Coach House"---the former is already well-constructed, whereas the latter can be expanded. With the former at 7 acres and the latter at the 9 acres, both suit me equally well.

Beautiful location and exterior, some of the very best the South of England has to offer, without a doubt and well presented. One point however: the music doesn't quite match the mood, a bit too dramatic and sustained as well going on just over halfway through the video. Beginning the video with the natural ambient sounds of the property, then some other music would be much more preferable. Much of the interior is not my taste at all though it could be improved fairly easily I'm sure. I've saved this on Pinterest to my Berkshire board. It would have been nice to have 'Binfield, Berkshire' or at least 'Berkshire' readily apparent in the title or description from the start as well.

Beautiful exterior, grounds and pool, how lovely. Can’t say the interior did much for me, but we all have different taste. Had to watch on silent due to the awful music!
