Loved listening to both of you. Thank you both so much for making this video for us. We’re in the process now of downsizing from our historical home to a condo, and I understand what she went thru. Deciding what we can keep and maybe what to sell is really hard for me. Since we are now in our 70s we have to make different choices and make life easier. This video showed me it can be done. Judy did it😊

OMGOSH...how does she do it?!!! I'm impressed with this lady!!! She is delighful and an inspiration...I could never do what she has done unless maybe I was being chased by a bear...it'd have to be a matter of life and death and even then I might just lay down and die, lol.

Well after yesterday's video I purchased one of Judy's earlier Christmas books which will be here this week and I can hardly contain my eagerness. You address a group of people called retirees who need, due to age or health, need to downsize and make their homes easier to keep and to live in. I am one of those here in my red repro saltbox with a handicapped accessible bathroom. Thank you for the encouragement to still keep our prim but address the issues of our age. Well done you!!!!

Thank you for the video! I have always wished I could be "pure prim" but I just can't. I sit back and look at all the amazing people that are! I may drool a bit at hidden modern appliances and to see no modern cords. 😂

I looked at her home featured in Early American Magazine and oh boy !! Judy downsized to the minimum !! She had so much more in her antique home than she does now !! That took determination !!!

I live Judy's pain with the blue counter tops. Whoever chose these blue counter tops should be whipped with a wet noodle. I try to work with them but I curse the pastor's wife that chose them. 😂

I might add that I am not in favor of white walls, it reminds me of e hospital room; I am a Primitive girl and always will be one. Judy has beautiful antiques and I don't mean any disrespect to her, just voicing my opinion on what I like.

Anne thank you so much for bringing us on Judy Condon's journey to her new home. I am in complete agreement with Judy, that although we love collecting the bowls, crocks , etc. that when it becomes a hindrance to the daily functions of life, such as cooking it is time to re-evaluate and simplify. I love how her painted pieces now pop against the backdrop of the simple white walls. We tend to forget that our ancestors did not have 50 dough bowls and numerous crocks scattered throughout their homes. They had what they needed to live their lives, which did not have all the modern conveniences that we have today.

I love sheep, can i purchase one?
