Country Style Stewed Pork Pot Pie
Ingredients:
2 tin Gulong Stewed Pork
6 Button mushrooms
50g Carrot
50g Cucumber
1 tbsp Plain flour
Frozen puff pastry
1 yolk, beaten
Method:
1. Cut button mushrooms, carrot and cucumber into cubes separately
2. Spoon the vegetables into a ramekin
3. Add in stewed pork
4. Mix well gravy of stewed pork with plain flour
5. Pour mixture into a pan and bring to a boil
6. Pour sauce into the ramekin
7. Cut puff pastry into pieces to cover the ramekin
8. Prick holes onto the puff pastry
9. Cover the puff pastry on the ramekin
10. Glaze with beaten yolk
11. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes
乡村红烧猪肉派
材料:
2罐古龙红烧猪肉
6粒蘑菇
50克红萝卜
50克青瓜
1大匙面粉
冷冻千层酥皮
1粒蛋黄,打散
做法:
1. 把蘑菇、红萝卜和小青瓜分别切粒
2. 把蘑菇、红萝卜和青瓜粒分别放进两个烤碗里
3. 加入红烧肉
4. 把红烧肉汁加入面粉搅拌均匀
5. 倒入锅煮至浓稠
6. 把汁料倒入烤碗
7. 把千层酥皮切成刚好烤碗的尺寸
8. 刺上小孔
9. 盖在烤碗上
10. 涂抹上蛋液
11. 送进已预热烤箱,以200°C烤约30分钟至表皮呈金黄便可
