You can tell that's healthy weight just visually. Body fat % is an unreliable measurement on its own. Those dudes are SOLID. You don't need to look shredded to be healthy
But they are not super obese either. They don't go to the extreme. So if they do not consume 5-7-9k calories or w/e in reality is happening, they would trim down to almost shredded. Which in your case - is impossible due to the lack of test.

I think the "despite" was meant to be tongue in cheek, because many people, online especially, seem to equate manliness/testosterone with negativity and violence

Exactly, when you are perfectly healthy and rested you feel so good like nothing will destroy your mood and then your testosterone is on highest levels. People misleading this aggressive thing because or steroid addicts who have way too much synthetic testosterone from syringe that actually makes them aggressive because they have huge hormonal imbalances and feels like shiett

Beard growth does not directly correlate with testosterone production. One of the breakdown product of test. is DHT, which can trigger beard growth AND heirloss, IF your follicles are sensitive genetically. So if your hair follicle is genetically not sensitive to DHT, even with a testosteron level of 1000+, your beard does not grow :) Testosterone is only a "fuel". Genetics is the type of car you have. A tractor will never be as fast as a ferrari, and a ferrari will never be as strong as a tractor.

It is though. If you can grow a beard. The only difference is people in cold region evolved to not grow beard. That's the only difference. But if you are of Indian origin your ability to not grow beard says something.
Yes, it is. But testosterone only grows you a beard, if you are genetically able to grow one. And many East Asians and Native Americans can't grow a full beard, regardless of testosterone.

As a Japanese, watching sumo on TV, I see a few foreign rikishis(sumo wrestlers), and most of them, feels like 90%, are mongolians. They seem to be cut for such sports! Amazing.
High testosterone doesn't necessarily correlate with a beard, the hairsacks also need to be sensitive to it meaning you can have a large dick and balls without a beard and a decent beard with no hair on your scalp with a small chime😉
Well said I was about to say that when the testosterone level is high on human body the chance of getting a facial hair is very high but I don't even see a single man with the full grown beard
the reason they’re not violent is because of high testosterone, people with lower testosterone often compensate by being overly aggressive which results in crime such as murders, also i assume these guys follow a religion and it guides their society. the americas and some parts of europe with low testosterone and low rates of religion have the most crime.

Actually Mongolians have higher birth rate for their population. It seems low just because of low population. Fun fact( Almost 50% of Mongolian populations are younger than 30s)
