Join us for another countryside drive, this time to Wendell, North Carolina. This is quickly becoming one of our favorite drives. We love the old barns, tractors, etc, that we pass along the way. A very relaxing drive that we hope to have captured in a way that others may enjoy.
4K video drive for relaxation, stress relief, meditation, study and sleep. As with all my videos, this is not looped or layered, this is a real-time recording, filmed by me, using the best mobile microphones, cameras and audio recorders available for extremely realistic results.
"Downtown Wendell is a picturesque and historical business district, which is centrally located within the Town's corporate limits. In 1998, this area was listed on the National Register of Historic Places due to its unique heritage and historic qualities. Downtown Wendell is home to a wide variety of businesses ranging from restaurants and retail to light manufacturing and service-based businesses. The citizens of Wendell truly value the quality of life that Downtown Wendell brings to their community, and have taken great strides over the years to protect the integrity of this hidden gem. As Wendell looks toward the future, it is imperative that the historic commercial district play an integral role in defining the town's identity."

Wow! ✨ That's the america I have in my heart although I'm not even American 💕 I love how amazingly green, wide and full of trees everything looks! The homes are so beautiful with just enough space around them for everybody doing their own thing! What does one do over there tho? Does it ever get lonely apart the beauty? Where do you go to meet people and make friends? What's to do for fun out there? Greetings from Germany! 🇩🇪🧡🇺🇸

The drive is amazing. Super relaxing to drive aimlessly around Rolesville, especially during the spring and summer. It’s hard to describe, but it’s like Valium.

I love the simplicity of this area and the condition of the roads! The only thing I’d wish for is a massive cleanup in America.. there’s a lot of junk within individual properties that really obstruct the view🤷‍♂️ it’d also be nice to see all of the power lines be transferred underground.
@kissdagapnsmile787

For me as a foreigner I'm absolutely in love with those power lines as it defines a part of the typical American country side look to me, best keep like that forever if you ask me!

Does Georgia look like this outside of Atlanta?
@RelaxingWalks

LeoNation 89 Georgia is more mountainous and hilly until you get closer to the ocean. It’s got a different feel there too.
@leonation89
@leonation89 3 года назад
@@RelaxingWalks what feel would that be?
@RelaxingWalks
@RelaxingWalks 3 года назад
@@leonation89 personal feel. Savanna has more of a historical port vibe. I remember driving up the coast through there when a family member died. Sat and watched the ships come in from the sea. Then I used to live off of I-20 west of Atlanta, Villa Rica. My family was in Chattanooga TN, so I would drive the nice country backroads to and from there over and over. Love both areas for different reasons. Memories. Love that countryside.

@550voltss
@550voltss 2 года назад
@@RelaxingWalks I think you were around 60 To 80 kmphr.
@RelaxingWalks
@RelaxingWalks 2 года назад
@@550voltss in this area I drive between 20 - 40 mph. The slower the better for these videos. Unfortunately if I drive any slower, people often go into a rage and do foolish things at best. I’ve had people point guns at me and nearly crash into others head on passing me for driving too slowly. The wide angle camera lenses I use can give the impression of driving faster than I am due to the FOV and plain old physics. I was shooting at about 20mm here. Any narrower and I start losing the FOV needed to actually see the objects I’m passing. A lot of work goes into planning focal length, speed, aligning the camera to be level, vertical and horizontal alignment, audio synchronization (I record the video outside the vehicle but the audio from within the cabin), choosing the right bass roll off (low cut) to filter out bumps in the roads, etc. my mics are so sensitive that I actually can be heard breathing, so I breathe shallow for the entire filming. “This perception trick is used by filmmakers, who might choose to use a wide-angle lens to make an object approaching the camera appear to move faster: Conversely, when shooting a moving object from behind or in front, a wide-angle lens would be more appropriate. Narrow lenses tend to compress visual depth, while wider lenses expand it. What this means: if you were to film the same object approaching the camera directly, with both a 250mm telephoto lens, and a 14mm wide-angle lens , the object would grow in perceived size much more quickly and drastically with the wide angle. This accentuation of distance on the Z-axis is great for fly-bys, close-ups of the moving subject, and again, any shots of the front or rear of the moving subject.”
