The classic "Im gonna bring my best friend as a witness". People fail to understand that the most credible witnesses are the ones that have no involvement or gain.
Why do people bring cases before the court for seemingly meager property (under $100) like fishing poles, clothing, shoes, etc. It makes them look foolish and petty...and that may be the point, I suppose.
@@nevergiveup9321 The most attractive people I’ve met in my 45 years have been undoubtedly the worst, and it’s not even close. Attractive has been a healthy mix, but the perfect-looking have all been utter garbage. I guess people treat them like they’re special so they expect that everywhere they go. Likewise, some of the homeliest have been the most lovely. I try not to judge anyone until I know them, but that’s been my experience.
I have a hybrid schedule, and my dog is fine for 6-8 hours by himself (well, he's also home with my cat). I work 6 mins away but choose to take public transit than drive and pay for parking.
Depending on your job, it’s not difficult to go by your house during the day even if you don’t work from home. I’ve had coworkers and supervisors who would check on their dogs every day. When you work off-site, a lot of employers don’t care what you are doing every minute of the day as long as your assignments are completed on time and satisfactorily. My employers have always assigned work cell phones. If they need you, they’ll call you. I don’t have a dog, but I have done things like go to the bank, shop for groceries, pay a bill and go home and take a nap if I have time. I absolutely hate being micromanaged.
Do you know how many cases would drop in the court system if people would just stay out of relationships?!? The courts are full of this co-dependency foolishness!
2:06 How it should have gone: "Excellent, we have a cat as well, they're best friends" "Don't tell me they're best friends! that calls for the operation of the mind"
I understand Judy is frustrated with "kids playing house" and expecting Courts to sort out their mess...but what happens to a dog if they were married? Who gets custody of the dog??
They are both so young that living together and getting a dog together seems kind of premature. Until people make a forever commitment to each other, don’t have children or share pets. Chances are that yo will be breaking up and then things get complicated.
5 months, girl come on give up the dog. You don't even know if the cats will like the dog. I know it can be hard to do what's right for your pet instead of what's right for you but that's what actually loving your pet means. To sacrifice your own happiness for them in circumstances like that. edit; AND she was living in the parents house with the dog prior to that, so the dog has known that life with the other dog and that cat for even longer than 5 months? GIRL stop being petty.
I let my ex wife take MY DOG during the divorce. He liked her more because she fed him. I kept the house and my other dog. Judge said NO, the dogs stay at the house !! YES !! DOBERMANS RULE
I thought you were finished with the return of the dog, Judge Judy. (LOL.) "Put your hand down!" "'Boughten' is not a word." That's a mistake that native speakers of English often make. I think it's becasue of "gotten," or maybe we just somehow think that the "-en" makes it sound complete.
I know that young people think all the piercings are cool, but they make lovely people look most unlovely. My opinion - no need to contradict. Some will agree. Some won't. That's fine. I think she looks ridiculous. if I were a patient in assisted living I would not want her taking care of me.
U look at the two of them, plaintiff and defendant. U can see by their face which one is treating the other person wrong lol. The lady clearly looks passed at everything and is only suing to get revenge.
