People are saying the explicit version changes the song but I don't agree with that. The song was still about sex in the clean version. "Night after night I'll be loving right." "Leave you with that afterglow." "it's the way we can ride." It's pretty obvious what he's saying. Not to mention Latto's lyrics, which didn't change in the explicit version, were very sexual.

He's a grown ass man & showing the world he's an adult like he said in one of his Lives. Kudos to Jk for not being afraid to take risks & showing Army a different side of him. May I add also, he had great chemistry with the actress on the MV! In real life, the woman who Jk ends up with & making her happy 7 day's a week is gonna be one lucky lady😊😋😛😏💜💜

It’s not just a one word difference. The pre-chorus changes too. In the original it says “It’s the way that we can ride” versus in the explicit “It’s the way that you can ride” which changes the meaning from being together to something a little more mature.
