@@tifadreamers its honestly suspicious, XG "Woke Up" has been out two weeks and has 12M views. I see that everywhere, how can a debut from someone not JYP have 19M in 24 hrs?
Something about the rapper after the fitst chorus... she has something, IDK what it is but she reminds me of some vibes I saw in 2NE1 and 4MINUTE. Def looking forward to seeing more of what this group brings!
Honestly thank you Kess and Han deleting that hateful comment it pissed me off so much like these so called fans need to learn no group own these concepts
That's my first time ever hearing anything from or about them and WOW. That was a damn good song. The choreo was nuts. I honestly didn't pay enough attention to vocals lol I'll have to rewatch. I hope they have some different bags to pull from because they just killed that one.
I actually checked them out after seeing that you posted this (before watching your reactions) and they are so freaking good I was not expecting it to blow me away like that
ooh pleasee check out the performance clips from npop for this song and the bsides! it's already up on their channel. and they're absolutely rocking with this debut, i'm so seated
You know they're doing good when other fandoms come to hate. Concepts will be reused again and again but not every group will be able to deliver the concept well. I'm soooo here for BadVillain.
I know it's not kpop, they're a tpop group...but I hope you can react to the group EMPRESS, their debut is called "bla bla bla" and their comeback is called "to L8" I would really appreciate it if you react to them, despite the fact that they have only released two songs, they are excellent girls...greetings.
This song has been living rent-free in my head ever since I heard it. And I'm not even into k-pop! I only checked them out b/c they're in the same agency as Lee Seung Gi, my favorite singer of all time (his style is slow rock, so nothing like this). I was shocked that I could actually enjoy a k-pop song so much. A lot of the credit goes to the sweeping, tango-like, intro. Whoever wrote that - kudos to you! Same for whoever came up with the concept for the video.
Information for those overseas who don't know, there is an artist named MC Mong who belongs to a label under Badvillain's agency. This singer was a top singer and producer in Korea from 2004 to 2009, but was criticized by the public regarding Korea's military enlistment issue. His activities were suspended for a long time, and although he was active from 2014 to 2019, he was not as popular as before. The song was good, but public opinion was divided due to military issues. However, he hid his name and worked as a producer to produce idols such as Momoland, and the company grew in size, selling most of the agency's shares to a construction company, which became what is now Big Planet Entertainment. This is what people in Korea think of him as composing and producing bad villain songs under the name villain36. What is important here is that if you look at the songs MC MONG released in the past, you can feel a similar feeling to Badvillain. MC Mong's song that has a similar feel to the Bad Villain song. (Pain near death Part.2 (feat.Sweden Laundry), MISS ME OR DISS ME(내가 그리웠니) (Feat. Jinsil(진실) of Mad soul child) ) In addition, this singer also has exciting and addictive songs that Korean people like. A song that was #1 at its peak- MC Mong-Circus 2008 MC Mong - Ice Cream 2006 MC MONG(MC몽) _ Love mash 2015 MC MONG MC몽 ‘인기 FAME (feat. 송가인 , 챈슬러) 2019 This comment wasn't for the purpose of promoting Bad Villain, but I couldn't help but laugh when I heard Bad Villain's song. Because it felt like MC Mong. While searching for the producer of the title song of Bad Villain, it was registered as Villain36, and after repeated searches, information came out that Villain36 is MC Mong. He is a musician whose public opinion is still divided due to military issues. In Korea, they call him this. The devil's talent and that he would have been more successful if he had just gone to the military... You may not understand, but since South Korea is a divided country and it is a very sensitive issue for those eligible for military service in Korea, especially men, it is also significant that even greater criticism has been poured out on the beloved singer. There was a long talk about the issue. If it's been a while, it's been a while. Thinking from the perspective of overseas fans... if Bad Villain does well and continues to be promoted, and MC Mong continues to participate as a producer, we can expect interesting songs and performances.
I heard this song a while ago and I think it will become my favorite and I will become a fan of this band. I hope you will upload more videos about Twice.
