It's not that it is a black show, it's that it had a black cast member. Remember there weren't that many shows for kids with black people in it. So when a show had a black cast member, we would watch that show.

Yello Duzzit...it may not have been a "black show" but I didn't know of anyone in my age group that was black back then that didn't watch it. Just saying. Things were different back then with children's programming. In the late 1980s-early 1990s..Kids no matter color watched the same things.
