Louisa's off grid office at her home in South Head may have been a working from home necessity, but it was also a proving ground for her and her husband's plans to retire off the grid in their Great Barrier Island Bach. After installing one of our small off grid solar kits for the office, Rob and Louisa felt confident that they could install a larger solar kit at their Great Barrier Island Bach, affectionately called the 'Glasshouse'. Their plans to retire off the grid are now well under way, and they can't wait until they get to wake up every morning with that beautiful ocean view.
