This is really a cute couple. They are really happy from the heart. Sometimes people are so contrived, but this nice couple is really grateful and full of joy about their beautiful new home. The house has become really great. Beautiful.

Another fabulous renovation by Joanna & Chip! I simply love all of her kitchen deco and knickknacks throughout the house. I’m sorry but laughed my butt off when I found out the shoe closet was for the big giant man!

Chip and Joanna designed houses are selling for crazy high prices here in Waco. Most of the people in these episodes don’t live in them but sell or rent to tourists. The tiny green shotgun house which was moved to a so so neighborhood sold for just under a million dollars. This couple probably sold this house and cleaned up which is very smart.
