In my opinion, I think there's a difference in Athletic competition and a sport. I would consider athletic competition an activity where you get 1st, 2nd, 3rd and that type of stuff. In a sport you either win or loose as a team, not winning any individual places. But I'm not saying athletic competition isn't hard! Love ya'll! :)
okay so I never did cheer or dance, but I have to side with B.... Football game cheer is different than competition cheer... but either way, it's hours of conditioning and training!!!

hahaha dance being a sport was always a heated debate at my school. i played soccer, volleyball and hockey as well as dance & i can tell you that dance was definitely the hardest. i didnt realize how much strength i had built up from it until i stopped competing & then i noticed a huge difference. it looks a lot harder than it is! & involves a lot of strength, conditioning and technique! (we can agree to disagree though haha!)
I also wanted to say i love doing your guys workout videos with you guys they are so fun to do they make me sweat a lot and they are challenging. And you guys are such a cute couple
