Manufacturers coupons actually can make stores money its just a hassle to keep track of it all so most stores say no. Manufacturers pay that coupon amount and pay the store for sending them back

I had a lady who came 5 min before my shift ended (twice!) who always got a ton. She would have a heaping cart and I would get 1/3rd of the way through and she would want to take 30+ items off. This meant searching through for individual UPC codes. Then I would finish and she would take more off and then want stuff added back on. So I'd end up being there for 15 min. She did this every single time she shopped. She would end up buying 3 or 4 bags out of her heaping cart

For some items yes there is a limit, but it’s up to the manufacture. It has its own coupons aside the stores coupons. The manufacturer of the product accounts for all the coupons so not to lose any revenue ,if the coupons are actually used. It’s free advertising, everyone wins.

That’s when you get your friends or family to run through the line as well 🤣

@Kristine Ferguson nope, they chase sales. Where I live locally owned grocery stores have literally had to totally rehaul their policies. Bigger chains actually can have stricter policies already in place or have the ability to eat the loss. It is cute and funny the first person that cleans out an item, it is problematic when this becomes regular shopping. If you watch the series about this, you will actually see how stores are fighting this nonsense with stricter policies (like no coupons on sale items), no rain checks on sale items or limits ( no more than X number per transaction or per person) and even our local grocery simply does not accept coupons at all anymore after dealing with enough of these people. Hoarding cat food when you don't have a cat (or trying to foist things off on shelters that do not want it) is not healthy. She is addicted. No amount of dressing it up as a charity changes the real motivation, the high they feel when the total falls. I pray she sticks to big box stores like a walmart but I have interacted with nasty people in a locally owned grocery store (there are a whopping 2) and they not only ruin shopping for others by throwing tantrums to try to get their way when coupons do not work, the products are not stocked enough, or the policy has been changed since their last visit (normally because of their last visit) but they endanger the store itself if they are allowed to keep it up. No one wants an empty shelf. That is not the goal of the sale. And there is indeed a lot of fraud of people forging and illegally duplicating these coupons where a store will not get reimbursed properly from the manufacturer. Everything has a limit and this video, pfft she is a beginner. They will even show up with moving trucks for their purchases. Go on and stick to some super walmart that you warn in advance to have your amount (as the better of these people will to avoid disturbing regular customers ) but for goodness sake do not show up to a small store and clear a shelf.
