Courage. I have a quote on my wall: "You were put on this earth to achieve your greatest self, to live your purpose, and to do it with courage." It can be overwhelming when you don't know what that looks like, but piece by piece, the puzzle starts to form a picture. Courage is crucial. Like fear, we need to understand it and learn to navigate it to achieve our goals. Courage does create currency, as it often leads to opportunities and success. When we see the upside as you describe, it becomes easier to choose courage because the potential rewards outweigh the risks.

I kept debating if I wanted to start taking a yoga teacher training course because it’s $1400 and I didn’t know if I could afford it or have enough time to do it because I’m working my full time job too. There was an option to pay $50 every two weeks with no interest and I would go in person two weekends a month and this video made me jump on it and think life is too short and I’m ready to turn another chapter in my life! I’ve always wanted to do this and I was going to put it off another year but I’m excited to finally start. Thanks for the motivation and making me realize that I need to do what will make me happy and stop putting it off.
