Probably had one of the sweetest n kindest voice in cartoons, a voice n character that fit do well. May she Rest In Peace and is in a better place now.
Y'know for a show known for being dark and disturbing, it also taught us that we should always face our fears and come to the conclusion that we can't run away from it, We are all scared because we don't understand the situation or what's going to happen...but with every shroud of darkness comes a light in every corner. We should always Keep going forward and remember the ones that cared and support you throughout your lives. Don't be a Coward, be a Courage. And that's why Courage the cowardly dog is my favourite show.
RIP to Muriel who left this world poor Courage can never take the pain of such loss to Muriel i doubt Eustace is still cold to this day but even he too cannot be that heartless he must have commited suicide after his wife passed away 😢😢😢😢😢
El Bateador ultimately it just comes down to him growing up and becoming someone so irredeemable just like his family. It was just inevitable to become bitter and cruel after having to deal with such hardships.
"Can I come huntin' with ya?" "NO!" "Aww please, big brother" "NO!" "Aw, come on." "No no, ya puny little-" "You sure I can't come deer huntin' with ya, Horst? Just this once?" "Of course you can't because you're not man enough to handle......Big Bob." "See ya later, Useless." "I ain't useless, I'm Eustace."
I never realized how often I subconsciously hummed this rhythm not knowing where it came from. Then out of nowhere it plays in the vid i’m watching and it immediately clicks in my head where it’s from.
I'm a 27 year old man, I remember watching this back in the day in like 2001/2002, this song brings me back. I can't lie I showed my wife this bein grown now and I can't help but to tear up. Good good show
This is one of the saddest pieces of music, I like it a lot, it was a very good show, I didn't get to watch the original airings or any of the episodes, but I did grow up with this show
This song had no reason for being so gut wrenching, but just the way that it just adds that extra bit of emotion to whatever scene it was used in really shows that they put in so much love and effort into it. Beautiful beyond words
the way the comedy sarcasm and emotions shown in Courage the cowardly dog show is very unique and out of the box.. only special people can understand it..♥️💕
Rest in Peace Thea White. Muriel. Hope you find Eustace somewhere in the afterlife. Courage is in our hands, the entire fans will take care of him from now on.
When I was young and this music started playing in the show, I would always cry. Not even a typical child cry where they’re like bawling screaming or whatever. One of those silent cries. I distinctly remember watching the scene with Eustace giving his child self a hat and tears would just start running down my face. Powerful piece of music ❤️
Knowing that the voice actors of both Muriel (Thea White) and Eustace (Arthur Anderson, Lionel Wilson) passed away....this song hits harder than ever....may they rest in peace....🙏😔
It's weird I thought I got over this but the longer u listen the more it triggers sad emotions its fucking ur brain literally no other music does this o.o
THIS video in my recommended not long after hearing about the fate of Cartoon Network, then seeing all the comments reminding me that the VA for Muriel was no longer with us.....is actually getting me choked up. The world we grew up in is gone.... Muriel is gone.... Cartoon Network is about to be gone.... we cant let this shit die bros!!! WE CANT LET THIS SHIT DIE!!!!!
Ah yes, the thought of us just growing more older and not those same little kids we used to be eating oreos and milk while watching this show, the thought of knowing we will have to eventually grow up and work till it's time to retire and enjoy the last few moments you have not having your parents around anymore. Just surprising yourself on how fast time flew and there you are at the beach looking at the sunset at the age of 80 rethinking and reliving those days when you went to highschool and spent time with your friends and family in which majority are just fading memories and some are no longer present. Until you eventually go out yourself and they are burying you Idk I got those thoughts just listening to this. Makes shit even more depressing. What are your thoughts?
6:23 As sad as this piece is, I can't help but feel an overwhelming feeling of warmth when it ends. The lower octave piano notes coming in louder as the accordion notes also get lower is such a soothing end. Almost like a conveying that through the heartbreaking sound throughout the whole thing, there is a closure that gives the impression things will get better. It gives me chills.
I remember watching cartoon network as a small child and being excited for new episodes of courage. Even at 26 I still love this show just as much as I did 20 years ago.
So what, you want it to turn into a spongebob scenario? we have four great seasons, a promo short clip, a crossover, and a movie! Yeah, it ended too soon because the creator favoured working on other things and didn't have the time to do that and maintain courage, but that's not so bad when you look at other shows and reasons why they got ended prematurely. be grateful.
@@Commander23c reallity in the sense that how lonely the couple are, but still love and live happily knowing the fact they are in the middle of nowhere.....with their pet dog
