There is a mod called courier ranger armor which does that plus a few more customizations -more armor -broken visor -removed sleeves -painted logos on back (include NCR, Legion, independency, old world, and Mojave express) -customizable helmet (bullet hole, deck of cards, ammo, and pack of cigarets)
