Court Of Public Opinion On Melody & Martell Holt, Traci Ellis Ross, Kenya Barris & Charles Schwab 

Martell & Melody custody battle is real & not a storyline. Martell. Is so unhinged and continues to violate the court order, harass Melody, not maintain proper housing, unable to provide food when kids seen in his care and continues to have his mistress publicly bash Melody on public forums. Martell needs to get a job, move on with his life and stop his narcissistic behavior.

Martell is taking out his frustration on his kids since Melody refuses to take him back. (After 3 years of divorce) This is not a storyline at all, unfortunately.They go back to court in June. A couple of seasons ago when the cast was in Las Vegas he was very violent towards Melody & castmates had to pull him away from her. He made the kids eat soap & hot sauce as punishment. When Melody divorce him she took her home builders' licenses with her & she's back at millionaire status. Unlike Martell, who has failed the open book test 3 times, he's unable to make any money outside the show, unlike Melody.

Al you NEED to do your RESEARCH before you speak on the topic of your show!! Because it’s CLEAR you have a bias towards MEN especially towards MARTELL!! 🙄 Ray Charles can SER the “demon” type behavior Martell has shown towards Melody since Season 1 and the CHILDREN did NOT lie on their sorry ass father!!! The court dicuments do not say melody made these claims of abuse. It states that the children have said to the guardian ad litem their own lawyer that martell has abused them

Martell did not follow anything the judge told him to do. The judge keeps giving him chances. He grew up with these judges in Huntsville Mel didn’t.

Al is wanting them to agree with him. He went with the first lawyer he felt she wasn’t agreeing to his question so he went to the second lawyer. She also didn’t agree. He use his own family and as an example. Newsflash Al Melody and Martel are not your parents. You are not these kids and this is not your situation. You seem to have a problem looking at things objectively which it seems these lawyers are doing, then you want to say they’re beating up on because they’re stating the facts and just so you know the kids have a guardian ad litem and these are the children’s allegations, not Melody’s. There’s also been documentation of him physically, choking and beating the son, claims of the son, not the mother. And to say that this is being used for storyline, wow! Melody wanted these court documents sealed because she wanted to protect her children, but the judge didn’t grant that. It’s clear that you always take the men side, whether they’re right or wrong. I see that on TGIF as well. It is also clear that you don’t educate or inform yourself on the subjects that you are wanting to discuss, because you are clearly misinformed on this matter and to cut these women off because you’re saying you’re not going to allow them to beat up on this man, are you kidding?! I’m on the side of these children every time I’ve seen those kids they’ve been totally respectful and well-behaved children has been stalking his ex-wife, and threatening her since she divorced him, he won’t leave her alone. I remember my father doing the same thing to my mother when I was a child so this is all familiar with Melody. She says that she start healing because being a place of healing feels so much better than being in a place trying to make somebody’s life miserable because you are miserable and they won’t take you back, Martel has to move on. Melody said that she wants them to get to a place where they can go on vacations together with their new partners and the children together. I think that’s a beautiful place to be in something to work towards.

Martell created such as sad situation when he cheated and had a baby outside of their marriage. They have such a beautiful family (4 children) and it broke my heart to see their family fall apart. Martell presented as such a good dad to his 4 children during their early days on TV. They should exit reality TV and get into deep family therapy. I'd save my family over TV fame and fortune.

When you’re dealing with real estate they do ask for proof of funds and your tax return from the previous two years. I’m surprised the lender didn’t question why they had so much money in their account. I’m sure it didn’t match their taxes. They may have said I won the lottery or something.
